My technician took several photos of my face during the process. She asked permission but when you're lying on a table and waiting for someone to apply chemicals to your eye area it feels really hard to say no. It felt like I was there to help her promote her work and not to get a paid service. The end result was equally disappointing as I didn't like the barely there lift. I have gotten the same service elsewhere and seen a dramatic difference in my lashes. After this I decided to just stick to eyebrows. I went back and wanted a wax instead of threading. The result? I ended up with wax burn. My eyelid is red and it stings. Clearly they are not used to working with wax and don't even seem to own tweezers. I give up. So, yeah, steer clear.

Once before I went in for brow tinting a few weeks before my daughter's wedding. Came out way too dark, and it was pretty shocking for my personal taste, but I am pretty fair, and it did fade over time so it wasn't as dramatic but it took a long time to fade. Well I went again. I did specifically say not too dark several times. I get it, and in their defense, you can't cover grays with a light color. However - between the shaping and tinting, I now look like 2 separate caterpillars have molted over my eye sockets. Just a warning - if you have fair eyebrows, proceed with caution (or don't) do tinting here.

I didnt like how she treated her colleagues or how no one greeted me. The waxing session itself was very painful, other wax places don't hurt as much as this did. They use all purpose wax, which she had to repeatedly go over the same areas because it wasn't working well. The lady was so nice though, she was great. I am not coming back because the wax is really cheap and they double dipped.
