I had to reach out to him when no one had showed up, turns out no one came and another cleaner had to be scheduled but only came 2 hours later. It was a bit frustrating because had I not called Ricardo, I'm not sure someone would have shown up. No heads up was given on time of arrival before the appointment either. I understand mixups and scheduling issues but no apologies or discount were given, nor was there a clear explanation as to why no one showed up at the original time. We were in a time crunch as we were coordinating with movers and cleaners at the same time and every hour was crucial. The actual cleaning service was good but the customer service/communication was very disappointing and left a bad taste in our mouth. Moving out is quite stressful and and every hour counts.

We overlooked it as the owner would still come with them about every other time and things went well when she was there and the rate was good. However, the last time they were there they left the house and completely left our back door completely wide open and our cat got out. This was a huge oversight, and when I reached out to the owner about it she responded by saying that her husband said we would just leave our back door like that, so it was on us. Unfortunately, we couldn't move forward with using them regardless of how thorough she had been because when her husband was here he wasn't thorough and lost our cat (luckily we found her later that night), and he also didn't even respect us enough to own up to something he did or apologize, so we didn't feel comfortable having him in our home again.

From the very beginning of our interaction, Armando was professional and communicative. His hourly quote and estimate of the time it would take were spot on. He also called a couple of days before the service to follow up on my request to have very high second story outdoor window cleaning as part of it. Once they were underway with the cleaning, Armando checked in now and then, asked my preferences on several mini projects within the cleaning, and delivered excellent results. I had a gnarly monstrosity of a stove top I'd breathed in scary amounts of toxic fumes trying to get clean and eventually gave up on. Prior to R&T, we tried Amazon Home Cleaning service because of the low cost. However, it was a terrible experience: the first group didn't show up and couldn't be reached at all (not even by Amazon's customer service); the second called 30 minutes after the scheduled starting time to cancel. (Disclaimer: since the sample size is only 2, it is not meant to be representative of the average Amazon Home Cleaning service, but a mere reflection of what happened to us.) R&T was a completely different story. Robert was very responsive and came for an estimate right away. During the walkthrough, he thoroughly explained how everything works. On the day of service, Angelina came on time and cleaned every corner beyond our expectation. We were surprised and grateful to see how clean everything is! The stove surface might be the best example here. The areas around the dish pans were covered with black buildups, which we thought were impossible to clean.
