Well she had the nerve to have the assistance director tell my daughter when she tell her to get the info then she mean my daughter and not me. Then proceeded to tell my daughter that she couldn't have visitors while at work. Well she got this email the next day: Jennifer, It's apparent that either you didn't understand my last email or you choose to blatantly disregard what I've said as far as me being the contact for needed information. Once again you have chosen to email Cazhmonay, yes I monitor her email, when in fact she cannot get the information needed seeing that she works during office hours. Also you having your MSW I would think you would know the HIPPA laws and know that medical information cannot be faxed over if the doctor's office doesn't have a medical release on file before faxing said information. I have gathered the information and dropped it off so going forward please contact me if you need any information for Caydence or Cazhmonay. As far as Cazhmonay having visitors, I'm not a visitor I'm her father and if you have a problem with me doing the things you need done for Cazhmonay then be a woman and tell me (330) 814-xxxx. Just a little over two months ago my son started at Once Upon a Daycare (right behind Jersey's) in green and I cannot tell you the night and day difference I have seen with him. While atkas is only 2, he has shown many milestone delays, especially with speech, as well as showing several austisic traits. With all of that said-- Miss Rosie has such incredible knowledge with the extra help that he has needed and I have found myself able to breathe a little bit again. I cannot say great enough things about finding this place and Miss Rosie-- but if you're looking for an affordable, helpful, fun place for your kid to go I highly recommend Once Upon a Daycare!
