I went there to have a good time and instead found rude, prehistoric behavior. Me and my family specifically chose a table with an umbrella because today at the USA game rain was coming. In the middle of the game, an employee came over and started abruptly removing our umbrella. I told him what is happening and I wanted to keep it because that was the whole reason we chose that table. His response? "I don't care. The manager ordered it." While he was pulling the umbrella out, he was so intimidating and came so close that he almost hit me in the head with it. Not once did he apologize or show any concern. Rude and scary We immediately left our food and untouched drinks at the table and leave My recommendation: If you're looking for a place where families are welcomed and customers are treated with respect, spend your money somewhere else. There are plenty of places that understand hospitality. Unfortunately, 2Silos isn't one of them.
