Their beer food and atmosphere are great!! This place is perfect for families. The Jackleg pizza orders next door are legit. We love the Detroit style crust! They recently added a crudite appetizer; perfect for munching on while you wait for the pizza. We also love the pretzel bites, they came out fast! You can order via QR code or at the bar. Love it

Stopped by while visiting the tulip picking. Sadly it wasn't our favorite brewery. The service was very nice and I have no complaints about the ambiance but the beers tasted altered down and like the flavor they were named after were barely present in the beer Would not come again

Great seating and ample space indoors and out. Food trucks are delicious and many different beers to select from. Service is fast and they are particularly patient when you are trying to select a beer with helpful suggestions. The nearby museum is also worth a visit. We are at the German themed food truck and we're very happy about the portions and taste!

Best beers in the area. The staff is super friendly even when they are slammed. They opened up a smaller taphouse in the grassy area across from the main entrance and they have a ton of extra seating. I can't wait for the cool weather to hit! In addition they have bar snacks (pretzels, popcorn, etc) and on the weekends there is usually a food truck out the back. Live music is usually happening Saturday and Sunday afternoons along with the occasional special events like car shows and goat yoga. They are very dog friendly (dogs welcome outside on the patio and grass or out back in the bay). And did I mention they are running in 100% green energy? Excellent place to bring your friends be they of the two or four legged variety.

Bart Harris- Acoustic show was unreal!! So much energy and crowd engagement!

The local beers were amazing! Had a ton of flavors, the caramel stout was so good! Bart Harris played on 10/12 and absolutely killed an acoustic show! Never see him before, he played everything for the crowd requests: Johnny Cash, Pat Benatar, ZZ Top to Mylie Cyrus!

Great brewery, lots of drink options (including seltzers, hard soda, and mocktails) , bar snacks (PRETZEL BITES!!) and ability to order pizza from a nearby shop. Friendly staff and a lobster food truck was on site when we went.

I am a sour beer fan. Old Bust Head satisfied my sour beer nerd. This place has plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. We brought two kids and a dog. We sat at the outdoor table. We got the food from Cafe At Farm Station. The beer that I enjoyed: Orange Dreamsicle Imperial Sour Pineapple & Papaya This is a great to place for everyone who does not even drink to hang around

Great venue for drink beer and hanging out. On the weekends, they often have entertainment and a food truck. This Friday, there was a musician, axe throwing, and seafood. the selection of beers is great. There is something for everyone, including dark beers, IPAs, sours, and others. The root beer is outstanding and is available in a float. Other than the food truck, there is no food served here. there are two small restaurants nearby, but they close pretty early. otherwise, there is no food available. you can bring your own from offsite. Service at the bar is good and they offer a military discount Highly recommended.

Popped into Old Bust after hiking near Skyline Drive. Plenty of indoor and outdoor seating - both well socially distanced. It is the perfect spot to spend a weekend afternoon. My husband got the Goldvein which I preferred slightly over the Shorthorn but both were good. My dad got the Caramel Macchiato Stout which he enjoyed, too. They offer small pours, so next time I think we'll do a DIY flight because they have tons of choices. Bonus was the Red Dog BBQ food truck out back!

2 seltzers and 2 porters flight

Not just for beer lovers but seltzers too! Checked this place out because it was right across the street from the Viny Hill winery which I was meh about. This place made up for the trip! Great outdoor patio as well as spacious brewery inside.

Good beer. High prices. Most pints $9+. Can't afford to go back until they lower the price.

Do you allow dogs and do you have food trucks on the weekends?

There was a huge outdoor space for kids and families complete with some games and picnic tables. We sat in the closed-in porch area and were treated to some live music on a Saturday. The beer was solid - hubby. and I split a flight and enjoyed the marionberry wheat and Sweet Nala stout. We liked their logo "Soil to Suds" and bought a few shirts - they even had a bunch of shirts on sale for $5! Great place for family time at a brewery.

There is seating both inside and outside. The inside is a bit stark on the inside with drywall on the walls and ceiling. I woulds have loved if they had lined the walls and ceiling with something like pine. I've sampled a number of their brews. My fave brews thus far are two ales: - Snafu (Strong Ale) - The Donkey Calleth (Imperial IPA) They have a small popcorn machine for snacks (which is free) - but other than that, as far as I can tell - there are no other food options. The folks who run the place are super nice. There is no WiFi network and they currently do not accept Apple Pay. #FourJsFarmAndBrewery

The service was excellent, the staff was friendly, and the other guests (mostly regulars) made for great company! Powers only serves beer, but they do have a food truck rotation that comes through, so make sure to check their website before visiting to find out what's being served that day. The beer selection is decent and has something for everyone's taste. There is plenty of indoor seating and just as much outdoor seating, so you won't have to worry about standing up the whole time even when it's busy. Outside they have a Corn Hole setup and they also had a soccer ball you could kick around if you wanted to. To add to the outdoor ambiance, there was also a chicken coop that you could walk up to and look at. Also, if you're around during the evening, they might get the bonfires going! One of favorite parts about our visit was being able to enjoy my porter outside by the bonfire. All-in-all, it was a pleasant surprise and definitely worth a visit if you're ever out in Midland, VA or just won't to do something outside the city if you're in the DMV area.
