Brisket taco plate, corn and cotija on the taco, the pickled veggies were so good!!

First time here the other night, absolutely delicious. First off, they have a great happy hour and on Sunday! But... it ends at 5 and you must be in the bar area. The food is absolutely delicious I tried the brisket taco plate which gave me so much meat I had to take home half to make it the next night! The servings are big and the food is outstanding probably the best brisket I've ever had. I also tried the nachos which were so good!!! I don't think I'm such a fan of the super thin chips they use I wish I used more quality chips but it was outstanding! Came with guac and sour cream on top and the drizzled sauce on them was good, its huge! like three people can eat it for dinner! The service was excellent the cute gal that served us was so sweet and accommodating! I asked to have some of their bloody Mary mix in my beer to make it a red beer and she was so happy to do it and did not charge me. The restaurant is really a cool vibe the bathroom is really fun and the bar is super nice I can't wait to come back and sit at the bar for happy hour. It will definitely be one of my go to places. Sidenote, the pickled vegetables that came on the plate were so good! The beans were good too but I will say they lack a little bit of seasoning, so I added their delicious spicy barbecue sauce. The cocktails are really good and somewhat unique, I do feel they could be a little little bit larger or a little bit stronger for the price I had to order a couple drinks before I felt the effect... lol which i can usually start to feel one cocktail.

Beef shank baked potato, are you kidding me? So good! Cheese and a cilantro crema. Of course we paired it with a double short margarita which seemed appropriate!

We weren't hungry so ordered a medium platter for 3 people. It was big enough for us. The server was super friendly. The spicy NW vegi was good and unique. The brisket was good. Nothing extra ordinary. The pulled pork was solid as well. I actually liked the sauce called Sassy. Pretty cool restroom deco so you should check it out.

We ordered take out and our food was amazing! Tacos are huge ! It comes with sides which are all really good too! Ribs fall off the bones and the sauces to go with them are also really good. Corn was my favorite! The green sauce on it was amazing! Despite us not sitting down the service was great! They forgot to pack our corn and without much time of us stepping outside we got a call. Luckily we always check our food and met at the door to grab our corn (trust me you want the corn!)

4.5 stars I have been searching for a great local BBQ spot for quite a while now. Now I have no need to look any further!! Pretty fantastic bbq nachos! Super fun mix of meats, veggies, and sauces! The Mac and cheese was pretty smokin' good! We also ordered the brisket and pulled pork bbq plate. Fantastic arrangement of barbecue sauces! So fun to taste each different one! Lovely employees and a fun backyard feel!

We've been wanting to try Brimstone for a while, and we finally did tonight, but unfortunately, we were a bit disappointed with the meal. The atmosphere and vibe are fantastic, but the food falls short compared to local competition. We did order take out so maybe that makes a difference? We ordered the Mexican corn, which had great seasoning, but the corn itself tasted old and lacked freshness. The burnt ends had decent flavor thanks to the sauce, but they were too dry and lacked moisture, as did the brisket, which was also lacking in flavor. The pulled pork was dry as well, but with some extra sauce, it was passable. The best meat we tried was the ribs--they were a bit dry but tender, with good flavor. Overall, the meal didn't quite hit the mark, but I'm open to trying other menu items before crossing Brimstone off my list entirely.

There weren't many people there when we arrived, but the restaurant filled up pretty quickly after we sat down. The staff was one of the highlights of our visit. Everyone was super friendly and patient while we looked over the menu. I especially appreciated the gentleman slicing the meat--he would cut a portion, show it to us, and ask if that looked good before finishing. It was a nice touch that made ordering by weight feel much easier, although the standard portions were already very generous. My husband had the chicken, we shared a jalapeño cheddar sausage, and I ordered the brisket. I was honestly surprised they still had brisket available because it was excellent. We both had the mac and cheese, shared the potato salad, and everything was really good. We also ordered the fried pickles, which were brought out to our table a little later. They were crispy and tasty, but I do think they'd really benefit from a dipping sauce. The restaurant itself was clean, casual, and easy to navigate with the self-serve drink station. I also grabbed a brownie because it looked amazing, but unfortunately that was the only disappointment of the meal. It was more like chocolate cake than a rich, fudgy brownie, so it didn't quite satisfy my sweet tooth. Overall, we'd definitely come back. The couple next to us ordered pulled pork sandwiches that looked incredible, so that's probably what I'll be trying next time. Great barbecue, friendly service, and a comfortable atmosphere--I'd happily recommend giving them a try.

Every Rating should be 5 stars…read more I ordered the Bacon Cheddar Burger, and it was exceptional. The beef was perfectly seasoned and juicy, but the real standout was the quality of the toppings. The bacon was thick-cut and crispy, providing that essential smoky crunch without overpowering the sharp, melted cheddar. Everything is served on a fresh bun that actually holds up to the last bite. The Fries: You can't skip the sides here. The fries were hot, golden, and seasoned to perfection--exactly what you want to pair with a heavy hitter like the Bacon Cheddar. The Vibe: The atmosphere is welcoming and unpretentious, making it the perfect spot whether you're a local or just passing through the harbor. The service was prompt and friendly, even during the lunch rush. Final Verdict: It's rare to find a place that nails the "gourmet" aspect without losing the soul of a classic burger. If you are in Gig Harbor, this is a mandatory stop. I'll definitely be back to work my way through the rest of the menu!

The food is indulgent, satisfying, and clearly crafted with quality in mind, making it a strong contender for a go-to burger spot. That said, the pricing is hard to ignore. I haven't seen the usual setup, but I'm assuming there's usually tables and chairs in the middle. THE FOOD: - Kitchen is currently closed, but outside food is more than welcome. Snack foods (chips, peanuts, similar) available at register. THE CIDERS: - I had a flight and they were all amazing. Standouts were: vanilla bean (sweet but not too sweet; light, refreshing, true vanilla flavor) and dark maple (not saccharine sweet; just on the edge with a dryness and truly outstanding flavor... dangerously delicious). - I kept expecting all of them to be overly sweet; but they all kept surprising me. Watermelon was another favorite. SERVICE: - Quick and kind with a smile. You'll love the vibes. SIDE NOTES: - We traveled from the Seattle area as Locust Cider had the Winchester Mystery House pinball machine on loan for the weekend. Only 500 were made, and this is currently the only one in the state. Your next closest is Next Level Museum in Oregon if you want to play this extraordinary machine. It's worth it! - We came on a salsa lesson night, so most pinball machines were blocked by tables. That's alright because 7 were unblocked and provided plenty of entertainment while the salsa lessons happened. - I think pinball + salsa music + sipping refreshing ciders is the new best way to enjoy a Saturday night. First of all, the property is huge with various areas to hang out in. There's an indoor space downstairs, and upstairs space with a bar and video games, uncovered and covered outdoor patio areas with equipment for live musicians, and a little forested enclave with seating and a fireplace. Beyond their awesome ambiance, their ciders were all varied and delicious. They have 26 taps to choose from. We tried a bunch of their 4oz pours. My favorites turned out to be (surprisingly) their seasonal Chai and their Honey Pear, but each one that I tasted was unique and flavorful. I felt the intentionality in each one. They have a full food menu that includes gluten free tater tots and chicken nuggets. Service was awesome, by the way. Two of the kegs we wanted to try had blown, so the bartender brought us a few extra pours for having to wait. I'm super bummed that I never made it back for a second visit. I implore you to try this place if you haven't!
