They have many services, but we were looking for someone to make duplicate sets of keys for our RV (Southwind motorhome). We made a lot of calls only to get answering machines, mobile locksmiths, and kiosk machines. None of these helped, so we drove to Always and were able to get our duplicates made on the spot. The locksmith who waited on us was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. He also warned us about some mobile locksmith bait-and-switch scams and how to avoid them (check their business license/permit). Even so, ARC replied to me very first. From the moment I reached out, everything was on point. Artem got back to me right away, kept me updated, and showed up exactly when he said he would. Friendly. Not just polite in the "business sense," but genuinely kind and approachable. He treats you like a person, not just a job ticket. No hidden fees, no surprise charges. If you are looking for someone to chat to you about your day and give you the warm and fuzzies, the Lock Doctor is not your guy (he is retired military and reminded me of the saltier Navy Chiefs I used to work with when I was in the Navy which I like).
