I love this place. It literally is a hidden gem in Chanhassen. It has a simplistic menu, but it's great for lunch or dinner. We spent countless summer evenings on the patio making sure to try everything on the menu. And we did! There wasn't a single thing on the menu that wasn't delicious. The service has always been great. It's a VERY casual restaurant, so overall expectations should be average. My ultimate favorite on the menu is the chicken bacon ranch flatbread. I always frequent this place for happy hour! Monday's are the best because it's all day happy hour, otherwise they have specials throughout every day of the week. Their flatbreads are always my go too, filling but light and only $8 on the happy hour menu. Can't beat that. The summer time is always great there because the patio has a fun environment. POOR SERVICE AND MANAGEMENT!!!! I brought a group of 20 friends here. Server screwed up 4 of our orders. I ordered fish and chips, went to bathroom, came back, and while I was gone he brought out chicken strips. My whole table heard me say fish. Our server told all my friends that they were lying, he was argumentative , and extremely unprofessional. He screwed up 3 other food orders in our group as well. A few people in our group NEVER received their food! He also kept forgetting drinks too. They probably shouldn't hire people high on drugs. We contacted manager Nichole Cameron to provide feedback to help them with their future customer service experience and she was even more unprofessional and rude. This place is amazing. I have now been here 4 times and it has been exceptional every time. If the weather is good, be sure to sit outdoors because it's a wonderful experience out there also. One of the bartenders can make an ice cream Grasshopper it's been YEARS since I found a place that does that. Request it, if he's working you will not be disappointed with it. Food is ok, service is atrocious. If your staff can't be bothered to correctly take an order or check on your customers don't employ them! Server didn't write the order down so it came out wrong, never checked once on us to get another round of drinks, had to go find him to get our check and it was wrong. Had to find him again to get it fixed and he started cussing at us. Cocky attitude and definitely didn't care about providing the basics of customer service as we were intruding on him to get our order. Even when the manager was around the kid kept cussing under his breath at the bar. To make matters worse the manager didn't seem to care either about our customers are treated. read more

Overall this is a neat local place for happy hour with a friendly serving staff and great specials. However, when the short rain chased most of the customers inside, the kitchen staff decided that was their time to vent about the Pub/Dinner theaters menu and management over some liquor and cigarettes, with a couple customers nearby. We learned gnocchi is available to vegetarians and served with a meat based sauce. Their chanhassen chicken sauce has a lemon flavoring in it. Most of the ingredients are canned, not fresh And clearly (based on our observation) there are no rules or courtesy to changing from your cook attire to street clothes before being outside smoking during a rain shower. The pub wasn't a place to go for food in the first place, but its certainly not the slightest bit appealing now. I'm bummed because their happy hour and serving staff is so great - but know the (literal) dirt in the kitchen makes me cringe at the thought of eating here OR in the dinner theater. Advice to the Pub: hold your kitchen staff to a much higher standard - have them be professional and smoke away from patrons and limit their booze during busy:business hours. Or, at the very least, shut up about the kitchen/recipe gossip and save it for your away from work conversations. You're being repulsive. read more

We have lived in this area 8 years and just discovered this place. They say they have the best happy hour and they are correct! We had 3 beers, 2 sodas and 4 apps for $30. And we had deschutes fresh squeezed! Great service we were there on a Sunday over lunch, it was pretty quiet but a really cool building. The kids explored we watch football and had a great lunch. BEST HAPPY HOUR! I've been here twice now, both times for happy hour. This place offers 1/2 off all appetizers and drinks seven days a week! I was especially blown away by the HH price for wines: $2.50 a glass! WHAT?! I have also tried a couple of their appetizers, which also have amazing deals. The biggest complaint on my visit was the waitress. When I had sat down and was presented with the menu as well as what I wanted to drink, I asked what was on tap. You would think I had asked for Einstein's Theory of Relativity. She looked so confused. The next confusing question I presented was what the seasonal beer of Summit was. After giving my beer she went back over to her friends' table, never attending to any of the other guests dining there. I was pretty shocked. I ended up ordering the Top Sirloin, Certified Angus Beef steak served over mashed potatoes with oven roasted vegetables and fried onion straws. The size of the steak was decent but the look wasn't very appealing, same can be said about the tasted. It looked and tasted as if it was seared to just get a couple grill lines then finished in the microwave. No seasoning. The vegetables were pretty good but a bit oily. One thing on the menu that shocked me and for a pub shouldn't really be on it, crab rangoons. Excuse me but that belongs on a Chinese menu. I won't be headed back here. Didn't care for the service and the menu doesn't seem all that great. For Irish Fair I'd rather head to Jake'O'Connors in Excelsior or even Britt's pub in the cities. read more

I don't know what you'd expect from a place like this, but the fact that it's open late and the happy hours run late makes it a perfectly viable suburban option for a large group of recent college grads back for the holidays. Ok, so that's a pretty specific demographic, but still. I appreciated that this late-night option was available for our spur-of-the-moment bar-faring adventure. Hard alcohol was a buy-1-get-1-free win for sure, and our server was pretty chill. The food was definitely low-grade, but it's not like my expectations were very high. This is a new place in a great location. The server we had couldn't have been nicer! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars was because of no refills on soda & steep priced beer when not on Happy Hour. In my opinion it will be hard to be a regular location without the soda refills. BUT - the wonderful server told us in advance so we werent surprised at the bill!
