I told him I didn't see a sign and where was I supposed to go, he still insisted on still standing in front of my car yelling at me, I told him he didn't need to yell from inside my car instead of calmly stoping me coming to my window and just simply telling where to go. Clearly this guys is lacking customer service. I'm a very understanding person when it comes to customer service since I'm a person that wants to be kind to people in that type of job but not when they are being ASSHOLES like him. I get it gets busy and getting people in and out quickly but customer service is still very much needed in this place.

I had to get my ring resized and a stone set and he made it possible. I could cry! Jimmy was so informative and educated me on what prong would work well with my current ring, yet also addressing my concerns to make sure it was sturdy and fit correctly. He reassured me on the process by explaining to me how he would be setting the prong, which I appreciated! Jimmy is a craftsman in his work (I believe he said over 30 years of experience!) and the quality is there. He asked me to sit and watch my stone setting process to ensure that it's my stone. When we ran into a slight complication due to the size and depth of my stone, he carefully and diligently worked on expanding the prongs and making sure it was snug and fit. Super friendly and communicative! He's a one man-shop with a gal who assists, so make sure to give him grace on the timing of his work because it will be exceptionally done! Before stopping by to drop off my ring, getting the stone set and picking it up - I gave him a call to check in and see the progress. Also, Jimmy's pricing is reasonably fair considering that there isn't many Asian-owned jewelry shops like California/Phuc Loc Tho as competition.
