I scheduled something with them in Boston and had an emergency and had to fly home early. I contacted them in advance and they would not refund or give a credit or anything. I guess it's OK for them to leave you stranded and cancel on you, but if you have an emergency, they don't care. They had plenty of notice and could have gotten someone to fill our places or offered a credit, but they chose to do nothing. Awful people. I also contacted the chef who wasn't very nice either. I kept getting reminders about the dinner after I canceled as well. I will never use cozy meal again after these two experiences. Save your money.

That is fine (note that I also offered to show Friendly Basil the bar code for pick-up from my email, but he probably had gotten my order ready because he knew all about it), but when I pulled out my license I noticed that she barely looked at it...... it's as if she just wanted to be aggravating for a moment.
