We've dined here multiple times and have always had good food. For this visit I was in the mood for some tapas. I had tortilla, a nice big slice, a cod croqueta, a bit too salty but was pretty good and some delicious mussels in olive oil with tons of garlic. I had a really good slice of cake for dessert with a cream filling and burnt sugar top. The service could've been a little better, our waitress was not the friendliest and also disappeared for some time. It was a Sunday and the place was pretty full and very loud. Went to Brisas de España on a Saturday afternoon. To say it was a disappointing meal is a heck of an understatement: cazuela de mariscos mixta had two shrimps, and the rest was water and calamari; it was tasteless as it could be, and at $25.00, it was highway robbery. The Ensaladilla Rusa at $15.00 was enough for about three spoonfuls. I swear I have never been to a restaurant that professes to be from España and charge $2.00 for bread. And to complete the afternoon, if you pay with credit card, there's a 3.5% added to the bill. They had a paella cooking at a corner of the restaurant and the server never bother to tell us about that being a special for the day. As I mentioned, this was very disappointing. And having visited España many times, this restaurant does not even come close to doing justice to their name. read more

Brisa de España is a hidden gem in Doral! The food is incredibly authentic, everything from the paella to the tapas tastes like it came straight from Spain. You have to come on Saturdays as they have a live flamenco show at night. Definitely recommend to come and eat or at least explore the store section which has all kinds of Spanish products. read more

The food was well priced and the flavors were well balanced and amazing. You cannot go wrong with any of the dinner items on the menu. The paella was delicious. We have been to Spain and this one was equal or even better. The Crema Catalana was perfect and among the best in Miami. i love this place. The food, ambiance, and service are always spot on. I am also a fan of the paella. I recently hosted our office Holiday party at my home, so I came in to order a paella. Juan Carlos took the time to listen and capture the experience I wanted to create for my team. I orderer a paella Valenciana, tortilla española, and Dobosh torte for dessert for 12 people. I also got a whole jamon Serrano shoulder and had everything delivered the night of the party. The paella was served in a traditional paellera, the tortilla was perfectly cooked annd beautifully presented. The ham came with a platform and special knife for slicing perfect thin slices. Last but not least, the dessert was a work of art. And you may ask, What about the flavor? Everything was delicious and tasty. Well, save your money. Go to Brisa's de España and see the manager. Went there asked if I could order 1/4 of a tortilla española 2 orange juices, some fries and 4 croquetas. I guess it was too much for his highness to handle. Complete attitude. Started he took the order and continued thru him not getting to order correct. To include one juice instead of two and bringing 4 tortillas to the cash register instead of 1/4. Then when he did bring the 1/4 tortilla it was more like 1/8. Didn't leave the order in his hands because it's a Sunday and didn't want to escalate and mess my day up. Never going back although their food is pasable. read more

We went there to celebrate Father's Day as my dad loves a good Paella, but he is very particular about it and the only place that makes it truly to his liking in the area is Brisas de España. Brisas de España offers a wide variety of traditional Spanish dishes. To start we ordered a medium size jar of sangria and my parents had the Salpicón de Mariscos, a combination of fish, shrimp, and octopus in a vinaigrette. He said it was delicious. They have five different types of paella and they take about 45 min to make but are worth the wait. My parents ordered the paella de mariscos which is served in two portions. The paella de mariscos is made up of calamari, fish, shrimp, oysters, mussels, prawns, vegetables, and parboiled rice. I wanted something a bit lighter and ordered the grilled salmon with white rice and fries. My sister had fried calamari and patatas ali olí. My brother had the Pepito a sandwich made with skirt steak, tomatoes, and muenster cheese. All of our dishes were delicious and fresh. read more
