We were greeted with smiles the first time and we picked out a model (not cheap at nearly $4000) and were told we would be contacted. Zero follow up no response. I finally was able to reach out to the owner who was very apologetic and we returned again and agreed on the purchase. They sent an estimate in July and I responded to go ahead and still NOTHING. My wife is heartbroken and I am angry and mystified at how little they do to, not just make a sale, but even worse literally smash a persons dream. So I'm done with them and will just take my chances buying online and going to a local bike shop for adjustments. A really terrible experience and I hope if there are other bike shops out there they consider selling handcycles. It's a niche and this consumer needs choices.

I asked him if he wrenched Campagnolo equipped road bikes and he said yes. One of my road bikes wouldn't shift all the way through the cassette. He was able to get that working a lot better than it was and he checked all the derailleurs and brakes to boot. My second road bike needed a new chain that was damaged on a ride this week. It needed a new Record 11 speed chain. So I asked him if he could order one and come back to repair both of the road bikes. He said I am ahead of schedule and I can do both of them now. I happen to have a record 11 speed chain. I was like SCORE!! Did a flawless job and would recommend his service HIGHLY

Sales staff are knowledgeable and ask all the right questions to establish what you want. No high pressure or "you need this..." kind of approach. Service is spot on. Had difficulty shifting to the top cogs on the rear cassette and their mechanic Chris was very thorough. He checked the chain length, the cassette teeth and the shifter itself and the stop screws. It was a bent derailleur hanger. He had it fixed in under ten minutes. Strong recommend.

They always keep an updated schedule on their original website: www.divinepoweryoga.com OK, now that my PSA is out of the way I'd just like to say that Divine Yoga is a great little respite in bleh Fall River. They have early morning classes all the way to evening classes. They've got weekday classes for the SAHM's and they have weekend classes for the office folk. The new studio has plenty of safe, well lit parking and the yoga room is beautifully refinished with high loft ceilings and warm wood floors. The only drawback for me here, is that they only offer warm (which is basically hot) and hot yoga classes. Sometimes, I want to do my practice but I don't necessarily want to sweat buckets either. So, I wish they would offer a few non-heated classes as well. Otherwise, I definitely recommend checking them out. The location is very convenient to Dartmouth, Fall River & Tiverton and all of the instructors are super friendly and cultivate a welcoming and accepting environment.
