    Chimichurri sandwich on ciabatta
    Tamara T.

Went back again and ordered 4 sandwiches this time, all the chimichurri sandwich. I asked the lady that was helping me if I could get it on Cibatta bread like last time and she said yes, then I walked away to go pick-up everyone's snacks (chips, cookies and drinks), came back later to pick-up the sandwiches and the they were all on a French roll or some sort of roll that was not Ciabatta. The roll wasn't bad, but I prefer the Ciabatta better. I bought 2 extra sandwiches for 2 people that never had it before and they both made sure to tell me that was a very good sandwich. Even though I didn't get it on my preferred bread, the sandwich was still delicious. I also went with the stack of 6 cookies instead of getting the $4 cookie at the bakery and I liked those way better. They're thinner and tastier and not overpowering.

The Bristol Farms is known as an upscale specialty grocery store for prepared foods, gourmet deli, cheese selections, and massive wines selections. I like some of their store specialities, although I think most of their regular items, like dairy and meat, are overpriced compared to similar stores nearby carrying the same products.

    President butter is the best!
    Celina E.

I've looked everywhere for President butter and called this location. I was put on hold and transferred for what seemed like 20minutes. But finally got someone who helped me and since they had the product, it made up for the hold. As I was checking out the cashier asked if I was the one who called. She apologized for the wait and not knowing too well what I was talking about. This acknowledgement was huge for me! I felt seen! She didn't have to tell me but she did and I appreciate this store much more for that! Love all the varieties of items. My Mediterranean chicken breast from the butcher was tasty and perfectly seasoned. I can't wait to go back and buy some caviar.

Huge, super sized location with a large bakery section that greets you as you enter. Service here is friendly and attentive. It has lots of nice gift options, though pricey. Some higher prices are justified, like the fancy candle from here that was gifted to me. The orange scent is strong and natural. I believe the spirits section has its own bar. Their fresh baked cookies are popular and always warm. I got one of each. Both are very big. If you're a fan of very underbaked cookies with a lot (too much IMO) chocolate, you'll like Bristol Farms'. At $4 each, that's a good deal. *Brown Butter Milk Belgian Chocolate Chunk - the brown butter flavor was great. The cookie tasted better on the day bought. *Belgian Dark Chocolate Chunk Sea Salt - tasted better the next day. Their floral section has some reasonably priced options as well. I don't shop here regularly, just particular stand outs, like their carrot cake and Irish soda bread. Plenty of parking spots in this strip mall and it's not far off the 405.

March 28, 2026 | Manhattan Beach | After an event was delayed nearby, my friend and I stepped inside of Bristol Farms to look around! Beautiful store & a variety of price points, depending upon what you're looking for! Inside | Incredibly clean, neat and tidy! I love how everything lined up and the produce department was so colorful! The fruit and veggies looked so fresh! Limited Time | I immediately spotted the limited time Butterscotch Pears! Sounded delicious, knew I had to have it! $12.99 for 3 pears sounded wild, but they were so worth it! Be sure to put them in the refrigerator to get the full effect of the crispiness, as they're bright and refreshing! Also reminded me a bit of a sugar cane flavor! Yum! Packaged Sushi | $12.99 | Since the event was delayed, we still needed a quick bite to hold us over; Spicy Tuna on Crispy Rice came through! Be sure to get the soy sauce, as it's not inside of the package! High Quality Shopper Totes | I was immediately attracted to the totes, as they were colorful and just gorgeous! The price tag was $91! I'm sure they were worth it, for whomever wanted to pay the price, as the details are perfection! Pricing | A variety of price points, but several items were on the higher end of prices! One always has a choice to decide what price works best for you...excellent! Customer Service | The gentleman who was front and center in the raw fish department was super friendly! He asked me right away if I needed help with anything the minute I stepped inside! My friend and I agree that the woman who was doing the cooking samples was not as friendly... I didn't want a sample! Self-Checkout Lanes | Easy breezy & so many pretty flowers around! Parking | Free, plentiful and shared by a number of stores! Overall | It was fun looking around, grabbing spicy tuna on crispy rice, as well as the butterscotch pears and experiencing the store! I would easily return if in the area and nearby!

I had poke at Bristol Farms. Apparently you can get samples of the poke. Everything was really good but my favorite was the spicy salmon. It's self service and there's a lot of seating and water. It's simple and clean. I got the viral chocolate chip cookie. The cookie was very sweet and a bit cakey it was dense not my favorite but still a good cookie

The sandwiches are huge. The price is right.

I come here at least once a year. To be specific, I'm here like clockwork every Christmas to pick up brioche rolls and whatever ever final items mom needs to prepare the feast. The rolls are pretty excellent. Sometimes I'm here during other seasons to help my mom shop. It's definitely a good place to grab lunch too. My detailed deli report is from the sandwich counter. The tri-tip cheesesteak was crazy gourmet. They'll heat up your marinated tri-tip until it's good and hot and then layer on the provolone cheese. They stick it back in the oven so the cheese is melted just so. Then they add the mushrooms, peppers and onions layer. Perfect! I only ordered a sandwich here because I was so busy doing my Christmas shopping. It'll be an intentional stop lunch in the future, even if I'm not buying groceries. What else can I tell you about the store? Knowledgeable folks in the liquor section, but no bargain pricing there. Overall, it's less expensive than shopping at Gelson's. That's the real whole-paycheck grocery shopping experience.

Eric was amazing for cutting some lunch meat even though they were closed in the Deli department, he decided to help me out. Professional and caring.

A special thank you to Marco in the Wine & Spirits department at Bristol Farms. He is always friendly, approachable, and extremely knowledgeable. Marco consistently helps me find limited-release items and is always willing to share his expertise. His outstanding customer service is one of the reasons I enjoy shopping here. Thank you, Marco!

Bristol farms feels like it's on par to be an Erewhon with their prices. They were selling a brick of Dubai chocolate for $32.99! A single mango was $6.99! Our checkout person was a fun quick talk to have. The place is clean and looks like they have really tasty ingredients.

we had 2 separate pickup orders under different names and they ended up getting the breads on our sandwiches mixed up which ended up being fine since we're together and not picky, but def something to note if it was mixed up with someone else's order. we ended up enjoying the overall sandwich itself and i perhaps got lucky because i ended up with the ciabatta on mine which i would've customized for if i could've, but might have been a sad mistake if the other order was for some random person and they got a less desired bread. the chicken was definitely much more flavorful although i don't recall them also adding the default balsamic it's supposed to come with. the turkey for my sandwich is also a bit on the drier side and much more light/subtle in any taste despite adding chipotle aioli although i didn't really taste any of that either. when we came to pick up, i guess they still have an additional process to input the order and print out another confirmation of the order (even though it's all paid and complete through doordash) but they weren't entirely sure if that had already been done, so despite ordering for pickup, we still had to wait another 10 minutes for them to figure out whether or not that had already been done. typically, we're not bothered by a wait, but they took the smoothie out of the fridge upon arrival so it was just sitting out. by the time i was able to actually enjoy it, it was pure liquid and had no smoothie texture which was very disappointing as i rarely get to enjoy a smoothie and only really do so for its texture :( the tea was fine as it being watered down from the melted ice doesn't really affect it too much as they come pretty strong too which is refreshing and great for someone who loves a good (unsweetened) tea that DOESNT just taste like water. very light and natural ~ although this drink they did just have sitting out from when it was ready until we were given the orders too so the ice was pretty much all melted too when we actually received the orders.

Beautiful store, well stocked, and everything is fresh and beautifully presented. The prices are high, but if you're looking for quality items or special meal, this is your place. I am obsessed with their cookie, we always stop in for the buy six get one free in both their original and peanut butter flavor. Ideal party gift, the staff is also very friendly and helpful and there's plenty of easy parking.

I've been driving the extra distance to Trader Joe's ever since to do all my food shopping and have been really happy...but tonight I needed a few small things and Trader Joe's was close to closing time, so I rolled the dice and gave Ralph's another chance due to a closer proximity, later hours and the hopes that in all this time some improvements may have been made. I was so wrong; and the decision was a monumental mistake. There isn't a single category where Ralph's is even competitive with TJ's. The organic product quality was literally disgusting and I had to opt to just forego buying two of the items I needed. The bakery item I purchased (cake) was stale, loaded with chemicals, and left a strange film and aftertaste in my mouth to the point I couldn't even finish it. The employees are stressed out and spread thin due to insane understaffing (one poor unfortunate soul sweating & doing their best to man the only open register) Ralph's prices are much, much higher for worse quality and smaller portions. The only thing that seemed like it was a good deal was Kombuchas on sale...but once I got to the counter learned the price shown on the shelf required the downloading of an app, the linking of online accounts to other accounts, and an incredibly confusing time-consuming process that in the end GLITCHED and didn't even work! Long story short, I will be making sure to leave earlier and drive the extra miles to continue to go to Trader Joe's instead.
