I love coming here regularly for their specialty food. I have gotten lots of amazing bakery items, snacks, and fruits regularly. It's always fun to check out what's new and I also got this immunity fresh juice when the cold season started just to protect myself from getting sick. Please stop acting like you're Erewhon. You don't have the branding power, ambiance, or attractive features that justify these prices, and a good portion of your staff severely lacks basic decency. I've only been here a handful of times because of the convenience to my residence. I kept brushing off the annoyances until being reminded again tonight when my UK mate and I stopped in quickly for a supplement. We saw some lovely-looking cherries $35 for just a little over 1 lb, okay ,but when we asked a simple question, we were looked at like it was the most absurd thing in the world. Reflecting back on previous visits, I realized it's been like this every single time-the staff is consistently rude. Why is that because the one in charge always make sure she has everything good and fresh. JESS produce manager ia very nice and helpful. Why because she was cashiering and very nice. Compared to the Bristol Farms in Marina Del Rey or Manhattan Beach, this location feels crammed. The staff seemed more stressed as the small store size with high customer volume leads to longer lines here. Additionally, the bakery items taste sweeter and not as fresh compared to other locations. My family and I tried the cookies from this store and compared it to different Bristol farms and we all agreed this store's bakery just isn't the same. read more

Michael from cheese is always a huge help. He makes the best sandwiches and even even when It's not his department, if he is free, he finds a way to make sure you're helped. He's what I remember about why I come to this Bristol Farms. It's the customer care and he does it outstandingly! If you ever need something, that's the guy to come to. The store seemed to have went through a transition period because for a while it wasn't at the standard. But recently they've really stepped up and everything is back to the Bristol Farms standard. This review is specifically for the coffee corner (and the cookies that take up prime real estate in the display!)! I am a coffee chugger who gulps it down for the caffeine. But every now and then when I just want to treat myself and have something fancier or more exquisite, I drop into Bristol Farms to see what's new on the drink menu. There, next to some of my old favorites, was a drink speaking my love language by offering collagen in a latte! I immediately said yes please (and I'll take a cup of your cut up cookies)! #breakfastofchampions The collagen latte was delicious and rich, as were the cookies bites. For all that the latte boasted to have, it was very smooth, didn't seem like a bunch of stuff was just added to give it street cred. I loved that I didn't have to commit to a huge cookie nor pretend like I had willpower and would stop nibbling on a whole cookie! The bite size pieces allowed me to nibble and know that the rest would stay protected in the cup to enjoy later. In hindsight, I would definitely do both of them separately again, but maybe not together. It was really rich, a little too rich (or maybe it was because I was rushing to move my kid out of her apartment right after)! Can't wait to see what Bristol Farms dreams up next! read more

Always a great shopping experience at Bristol Farms! They have great sales, like the current Seafood Road Show this weekend, with great prices on swordfish and more. I love how they have little samples of food; it's fun to nibble on goodies while wandering around the store. All of the employees are super friendly and helpful. This review ranks excellent only because of the assistance and diligence of Maria who happens to be the floral manager. She went out of her way to assist as I ordered roasted turkey wings about 3 PM ; the cooked roasted turkey wings, and had inquired at the bar about availability and was told nothing. But management arrived, Maria . I returned at 5pm o'clock as instructed and they were ready, but before I could get them, I had to go through changes with the employees again. Maria saved it otherwise I would never go back. . yes, good help is hard to find and Bristol Farms has an excellent employee here. Maria . This Bristol Farms is pretty good. Usually has everything stocked, great variety, and most of the staff is nice. HOWEVER, there is a young lady who works at the juice bar that not only seems to be constantly perturbed by people ordering but she also, on more than one occasion has been unwilling to make substitutions. Having to get the prepared food manager to tell her that she in fact is "allowed" to use orange juice instead of coconut water is such an unnecessary hassle. read more

I really enjoy going to this Bristol Farms. The store is immaculate and the displays are always very eye-catching. Parking is easy in the huge lot as well. The meat department is very well-stocked and today I bought beautiful fresh chicken breasts and thighs to roast. The produce person also guided me to the best potatoes (Yukon Gold) to make Potatoes au Gratin. The cheese department is spectacular and every time I go I pick p a new cheese. The bakery goods are very good too. Today I picked up a fresh, hot baguette that I may or may not have had a bite of on the drive home. Cashiers are always friendly and the customer service is great. 4+ As far as grocery stores go or specifically Bristol Farms, this place is pretty standard in which I mean is pretty organized and clean. With lots of great quality products available to purchase. The folks here are friendly and helpful as well. My trip recently here though is specifically to get one of the chocolate chip cookies I keep hearing about. In an age where gourmet cookie shops keep on selling their cookies for around five dollars, getting this gigantic fresh chocolate chip cookie for $3.75 (as of 8/2024) feels like a really big deal! I came in later in the day and I was already in the area so they didn't have a lot of cookies left, but they had plenty. Especially since I just wanted one because they are pretty large. The cookie was fresh and the chocolate was gooey. Honestly, this is one of the better cookies I've had recently. Definitely a good spot to grab a few cookies if you want to bring them to parties especially since they're relatively slightly cheaper than a lot of other places at the moment. In terms of parking, they have their own allocated lot, so there was plenty of parking no problem. read more

The service and people there are always bad. But what really got me today is that they mail out coupons, on a certain week you can get discounts, this week was tri-tip. Buy one get one free. That's pretty plain English. So I was there to buy one and get one free. Both tri-tips average $60 so I should get the two for 60 that would make sense right, oh no. They only took off 37.48 dollars you could see the receipt. The salesman was rude and just pointed out the back of the coupon in some fine print and instead it won't exceed that price. With a coupon saying in big print on the front , "buy one get one free tri-tip." I guess you could say it's my fault for not reading some b fine print. But that's pretty disingenuous and dirty even for Bristol Farms to give out a coupon that says two for one and then go no no no we're only taking off $37. They don't have any tri-tip that's under $37. Well that's not buy one get one free. Not even buy a long shot. I ended up the receipt and the discount wasn't even 33%. Wow, Dirty tactics for a dirty place. I'm done with them. I would suggest you stay away. It's a bougie place, but it's not worth the markup or dealing with unscrupulous store. read more

While I love this location as there's always parking, the prices are way over what the food is worth in my opinion. I also tried a smoothie and matcha latte from their cafe and both of them were really bad. The smoothie was flavorless and tasted unsweetened and mainly of ice and the matcha was very low quality which was shocking for how good their food is here. I love getting poke from the store but in general with their groceries were more affordable as it's an awesome store. read more

I had to wait for someone to help me for a cookie for a few minutes and when i asked someone there if anyone worked there, a girl right behind me replied I don't work in that department while she was moving around some Fourth of July stuff. I haven't been to this Bristol Farms in a long time, but I was nearby at HiroNori Craft Ramen and decided to stop by for The Cookie. I got the original, milk chocolate, and peanut butter cookies for $3.75 each. Yes, they are worth the hype. They were still warm when I got them. They are good sized cookies so it will take me awhile to finish them since they are rich indulgences. I break off a little at a time. I can't eat too much at once. For sure they should be eaten with milk! It was nice walking around the store and seeing all the great selections of prepared food, deli items, cheeses, bakery items, poke, sushi, etc. I will return sooner rather than later to explore more. read more

Bristol Farms is a top notch gourmet and organic market in Westchester/LAX area. The prices here are higher than Von's, Ralph's, Trader Joe's or Whole Foods market because of the unique food choices. There are sections for fresh flowers, a bakery, a hot & cold deli, a sushi bar, fine wine & craft beer, a coffee & juice bar, mini bundt cakes & cup cakes. My favorite section was the hot fresh, huge home made cookies are literally so delicious, crunchy and chunky...you taste goodness in every bite, plus they're made with the right amount of sweetness and love. Everyone has been so friendly and helpful each time I've visited the store...service with a smile from the time I enter to leaving. Every Tuesday is Senior Discount Day. I loooove this location, I specifically love the coffee bar. The lattes are so slept on much better than the $8 lattes you get at most coffee shops and these are basically half the price. Similar to Whole Foods, I don't regularly get my weekly groceries at Bristol Farms due to the costs, but I popped in her for some snacks/specialty treats for a get together I was hosting. They have a great assortment of specialty food items/drinks and pre-made items in the grab n go fridges. Parking was a bit congested with all of the other business sharing the same parking lot, so I'd recommend going at off hours if you're able to. Customer service was good and the checkout staff were very friendly and helpful. The store seemed to be clean, stocked and well organized. read more
