    Delicious small cakes

My daughter bought 3 of these mini cakes for my birthday: berry, tiramisu, chocolate. Fantastic. Bristol Farms is such a deluxe place with great options. Yes pricy! But sometimes we need to live it up!

Gotta say that produce department has fresh and good quality. Produce manager there is very nice and helpful. Jess service is amazing she had everything well stock. The service in general is amazing. Juice bar team has amazing drinks. Sushi team has very good quality and service with Carlos was good too. In general the store was very stock up. Store was very clean and organized. Good team they have in the front.

Found the cookie! Always warm, filled with Belgian chocolate and toasted walnuts!

This review is specifically for the coffee corner (and the cookies that take up prime real estate in the display!)! I am a coffee chugger who gulps it down for the caffeine. But every now and then when I just want to treat myself and have something fancier or more exquisite, I drop into Bristol Farms to see what's new on the drink menu. There, next to some of my old favorites, was a drink speaking my love language by offering collagen in a latte! I immediately said yes please (and I'll take a cup of your cut up cookies)! #breakfastofchampions The collagen latte was delicious and rich, as were the cookies bites. For all that the latte boasted to have, it was very smooth, didn't seem like a bunch of stuff was just added to give it street cred. I loved that I didn't have to commit to a huge cookie nor pretend like I had willpower and would stop nibbling on a whole cookie! The bite size pieces allowed me to nibble and know that the rest would stay protected in the cup to enjoy later. In hindsight, I would definitely do both of them separately again, but maybe not together. It was really rich, a little too rich (or maybe it was because I was rushing to move my kid out of her apartment right after)! Can't wait to see what Bristol Farms dreams up next!

There's my buy one get one free tri-tip deal one for over $58 one for over $62 and they only gave me $37 off.

The service and people there are always bad. But what really got me today is that they mail out coupons, on a certain week you can get discounts, this week was tri-tip. Buy one get one free. That's pretty plain English. So I was there to buy one and get one free. Both tri-tips average $60 so I should get the two for 60 that would make sense right, oh no. They only took off 37.48 dollars you could see the receipt. The salesman was rude and just pointed out the back of the coupon in some fine print and instead it won't exceed that price. With a coupon saying in big print on the front , "buy one get one free tri-tip." I guess you could say it's my fault for not reading some b fine print. But that's pretty disingenuous and dirty even for Bristol Farms to give out a coupon that says two for one and then go no no no we're only taking off $37. They don't have any tri-tip that's under $37. Well that's not buy one get one free. Not even buy a long shot. I ended up the receipt and the discount wasn't even 33%. Wow, Dirty tactics for a dirty place. I'm done with them. I would suggest you stay away. It's a bougie place, but it's not worth the markup or dealing with unscrupulous store.

CSA's here (customer service All Stars) were Anthony and Lisa who collectively were awesome in helping moms and I out with options, selection and ultimately the decisions as to which watermelons, cherries, etc to go with- Anthony helped out by lifting the huge watermelon we decided on! Thanks team Bristol!

Maria at the flower counter made me the most beautiful, customized bouquet for my best friend's birthday. She has a vision that you can trust. Come see her, she is amazing!!!

4+ As far as grocery stores go or specifically Bristol Farms, this place is pretty standard in which I mean is pretty organized and clean. With lots of great quality products available to purchase. The folks here are friendly and helpful as well. My trip recently here though is specifically to get one of the chocolate chip cookies I keep hearing about. In an age where gourmet cookie shops keep on selling their cookies for around five dollars, getting this gigantic fresh chocolate chip cookie for $3.75 (as of 8/2024) feels like a really big deal! I came in later in the day and I was already in the area so they didn't have a lot of cookies left, but they had plenty. Especially since I just wanted one because they are pretty large. The cookie was fresh and the chocolate was gooey. Honestly, this is one of the better cookies I've had recently. Definitely a good spot to grab a few cookies if you want to bring them to parties especially since they're relatively slightly cheaper than a lot of other places at the moment. In terms of parking, they have their own allocated lot, so there was plenty of parking no problem.

Does this location still have a cafe?

I loved the Bristol Farms cafes but like most in the chain this one is also closed (no waitress service) What a loss for them. They put in a giant juice bar (way overcharging for juice) and it has gone belly up as well!

This time, it was my first stop after getting the rental car. I needed breakfast, had to use the restroom, and wanted to get some gifts. All tasks were accomplished! I got some apples, snacks, hummus veggie wrap, summer rolls, frozen kimbap, and an insulated tote bag to haul them to my car! Thanks for the clean environment, well-stocked store, and friendly, helpful service! We even found the store mascot, Iggy, and got a prize! It was a productive visit!

Any time you see beef with jagged edges and high fat around it, it was either cut but a blind butcher or intentionally done this way to sell you shit at high prices. Also, beef should be red - not light pink, and most of their shelves are filled with light pink garbage. Lastly, when beef has the consistency of playdoh, it is either not the cut they are labeling it as (filet in this case), or it has been frozen and thawed, poorly stored and mishandled during transport along the way. Filet should be a deep ted, cut round (not damn near heart shaped) and firm to the touch. The last 12 visits we have tried and tested their filet - and every time it can be flatted by lightly pushing with your hand. You can literally stretch it like dough. Gross. Disgusting and a complete intentional rip-off. I've heard local news reporters are now working on a story about this, so I hope they expose Trader Joe's as well as this is robbery given the prices of beef these days. We are running out of good grocery options locally. Every major chain has shifted to grifting the consumer and ripping us off at every turn. Do better!

I've been driving the extra distance to Trader Joe's ever since to do all my food shopping and have been really happy...but tonight I needed a few small things and Trader Joe's was close to closing time, so I rolled the dice and gave Ralph's another chance due to a closer proximity, later hours and the hopes that in all this time some improvements may have been made. I was so wrong; and the decision was a monumental mistake. There isn't a single category where Ralph's is even competitive with TJ's. The organic product quality was literally disgusting and I had to opt to just forego buying two of the items I needed. The bakery item I purchased (cake) was stale, loaded with chemicals, and left a strange film and aftertaste in my mouth to the point I couldn't even finish it. The employees are stressed out and spread thin due to insane understaffing (one poor unfortunate soul sweating & doing their best to man the only open register) Ralph's prices are much, much higher for worse quality and smaller portions. The only thing that seemed like it was a good deal was Kombuchas on sale...but once I got to the counter learned the price shown on the shelf required the downloading of an app, the linking of online accounts to other accounts, and an incredibly confusing time-consuming process that in the end GLITCHED and didn't even work! Long story short, I will be making sure to leave earlier and drive the extra miles to continue to go to Trader Joe's instead.

The animal was clearly visible in a public area that customers must pass through to enter the store. I immediately went inside to report the matter to management so it could be addressed promptly for the safety and hygiene of customers and the reputation of the store. A store associate relayed the report to the manager. While I was standing outside the management office, I both saw and heard the staff laughing after the associate informed them of the dead rat. The manager then instructed the associate to tell me that he was "in a meeting" and unavailable. No one came out to inspect the situation, remove the rodent, or acknowledge the seriousness of the report in my presence. The presence of a dead rat so close to the entrance of a grocery store is unacceptable and raises legitimate concerns about pest control, sanitation practices, and the overall cleanliness standards at this location. As a customer, I do not consider this a ringing endorsement of the establishment's commitment to food safety or public health. Since the store's management has no interest in the matter, I'm quite certain that the Health Department will.
