I trusted them with my car and through their negligence car was damaged. I talked with the manager to see if he would help with the repairs and he laughed at me. Said it was an older car and it should have damage on it anyway! Also said "We are not responsible for damage to customers cars" My car was in perfect condition when I brought it in to them! Do not trust them with your car! There is a law in the state of Texas called the Bailee law, and they ARE responsible for damages to your car because of their negligence. They also left blue paint marks from another car from opening a door and hitting my car, Also took a big chunk out of drivers side door panel. Did not top off my coolant tank also when I asked to fill it. After spending almost $6,000, you would think they would treat customers better. I will never go back and considering taking them to court for damages and I will win according to law. Pretty sad place. Signs of a bad Auto Repair Shop: They did everything they could to try and get out of THEIR responsibility to take care of customers cars. Manager was even very rude and condescending. I guess the ultimate question is: Would you bring your car to a shop that is not responsible for damage to your car? Update: Also found a bunch of loose screws in the cup holder and console. Must have come from the dash when they pulled it out. I do have a witness and video and audio proof and pictures!

When I pointed this out, they shrugged it off and tried to upsell me on even more repairs. The shop itself is a mess--looks like no one there has cared in years. Phones go unanswered, no one knows what's going on, and accountability is nonexistent. I wouldn't trust these people to check tire pressure, let alone touch a transmission. Save yourself the headache. Go literally anywhere else. Hopefully this shop can serve the city better when it gets turned into a parking lot.
