As important as buying a new car is when I have issues after buying you'd think they could get it done a timely manner and communicate about it. General manager spoke to me once and then promised I could get my issues fixed to later find out they couldn't do anything for me. The overall experience was lack luster and when asked to get things fixed I was ignored and never got the work fixed after buying a new car. Also asked for a refund for the tint job since it was so bad and they wouldn't respond to me and just ignored me. The customer experience was not what you'd expect out of buying a new car especially at Subaru. I'd go any where else then here if you'd like good customer service and issues to be taken seriously. Lets see, their shop rate is $190 and hour. I'd like to know where the $688.98 came from? The plastic electrical connector is generic, the clip is in plain view. First the bad thing... my reliable Subaru broke down while I was out of town. Second the good thing... Norm Reeves Subaru was less than 20 miles away from where I broke down. And they were GREAT! I received notifications when Subaru of America ships the order to the dealership. I received a tracking number when the Norm Reeves dealership parts dept. sent the order to my house. I bought my car through Shift and found out I needed a new clutch and battery. I called Shift every day to every other day to take care of the issue- approve the repair, but they gave me such a run around. Matt at Subaru there was so very patient, nice and quick each time Shift requested something. The car was completed before the time frame quoted. I would definitely bring my car back in the future. Beware of fees. You'll be surprised to know that outside of regular TTT they'll throw a "Reconditioning " fee of over $2k just to say that the car was inspected, no way around it l and they'll only tel you after they run you credit. The end of Oct. 2021, my husband and I ran into difficulty finding a new or used Subaru due to supply and demand. NINO PARCO worked tirelessly with us promising us "he'd never let us down." The beginning of Nov. 2021, the dealership received a new 2022 Subaru Outback (Touring) which was earmarked "our car" before it was even delivered to the dealership. Six weeks into our ownership, heavy equipment (which was being towed) passed us, threw a large rock and busted our windshield. Within a matter of minutes, a crack had raced half way across our windshield! We called NINO within minutes. He called MATT WINTERS, their service advisor, who called us back immediately and made an appointment for us the next day. Knowing we lived a few hours away, they worked with our schedule. Hats off to our car buying experience at Norm Reeves. Our relationship first started with a phone call saying we were seriously interested in a car they had in inventory. We spoke to a salesman by the name of Derek. He took the time to tell us about the car, nice car and a non-smoker. He sent additional pictures as well which helped our motivation to drive a ways (3.5 hours) and come look at it. Now the car we were looking to buy was #6 that we had been looking at in our home state in which we looked at 5 and they all sold as soon as they were available. We weren't letting go of this one, espcially if it was a nice one. We arrived at the dealership that morning and the car was ready to look at and drive. After the drive we were hooked and knew we found a good one, everything we wanted. It was a graduation gift. There is more to this story but to make it short, by the time the deal was all said and done it was obvious Derek was loyal, committed and he took ownership from the very first phone call. Took my daughters car to this place for repairs. The morons test drove it with the hood not shut and it blew open and busted out the new windshield I had put in 3 days earlier and damaged the hood and fenders! So they did the work for free and did the bodywork for free. I asked them if the did and alignment after they put new struts on the front and they lied through their teeth and said they did. 3 months later the new front tires are ruined! Had alignment done at NTB and they said there's no way this Subaru dealership did an alignment it was so bad!! Found touch up paint on edge of hood a week later that was already coming off!! Had breaks done a week later and found that the drivers side rear brake pad was worn down to the metal! Did this place tell me that while they had the caliper off to change the wheel bearings?? Hell no! Because they were working for free!! So they threw my daughters safety out the window because they were eating the costs for fffing up my daughters car! So DO NOT USE THIS PLACE FOR SERVICE!! They are dishonest and will lie to you and will not tell you if they see something on your car that is unsafe!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!! read more
