Truly, I don't know where to begin. I work in construction and had a minor accident which led to me breaking 3 of my front teeth. The amount of pain I had was excruciating to say the least. I let this go for about 2 weeks because I don't like the dentist and just thought things would get better. Well, reality hit me and I realized I actually had to go in to get this fixed. Not only do I not like going to the dentist out of fear, but also because I feel like it's a sales pitch most times. Thankfully, one of my co workers had a very positive experience at Brite Clean Smiles, which is the only reason I decided to come in. I scheduled my same day appointment with Lee on the phone. Although they were quite busy that day, she squeezed me in because I was in so much pain. I was greeted by Dr. Girgis at the appointment and he treated me with the utmost care and compassion. He explained to me that I needed root canals on the teeth that I broke because my nerves were exposed (which terrified me), but reassured me that I was in good hands. He finished my root canals that same day and built up my teeth so that I could smile again. I have a couple more appointments to go for my crowns, but I'm just so grateful to have found someone that genuinely cares about me. Additionally, my insurance was maxed out after some of the treatment, and I was responsible for the rest of the bill. Dr. Girgis was kind enough to give me a discount and even offered a payment plan, which helps me out a lot. This place deserves 5 stars. Dr is exactly what the standard of a dentist should be held at. He is very honest, attentive, detail oriented. He consistently asked me for feedback to see if there was anything I needed or was unhappy with. He took me through the procedure and let me know exactly what he was going to do. Before I came here I was referred to an oral surgeon to extract my tooth of great wisdom, however I wanted to get a second opinion and sure enough Dr. Wisdom extracted the meaningless calcium lodged in my oral cavity in no less than two minutes! I have been wanting to get my teeth whitened for years now but never made an effort in actually getting it done. I decided it was finally time and I found Brite Clean Smiles. I am so glad I found them! The front receptionist (sorry I don't recall her name) was so sweet and welcoming. I also was taken back promptly. I work in medical so I pay attention to and appreciate the staff being ready for me at my appointment time. My zoom whitening appointment was with Pita and I LOVED HER! She informed me of how the procedure would go, what to expect, and was very attentive to my needs. She checked on me to make sure I was doing ok and was comfortable throughout the process. Found this gem on yelp a few days ago. Called the office and asked for an appointment and they were able to give me one the same day! I came to their office and first thing I noticed was how clean and nice it was. Filled out some paperwork and was taken to the back to get my X-rays. During my cleaning Dr. Girgis really got deep in there! He was gentle yet precise, and consistently asked if I was doing okay. The last step was the teeth whitening. I got my teeth whitened and the whole process took 45 minutes only. My teeth are about 2-3 shades whiter and they feel brand new. The whole staff was very friendly, including Dr. Girgis himself. They offer a new patient special for X-rays, cleaning, and whitening for a great price. If you have insurance it's even better :) Thanks Dr. Girgis & staff! I saw Dr. Girgis for a cleaning. I waited only a few minutes from when I checked in for my appointment to when I got seated at the dentist chair. Being an avid coffee drinker, he did an excellent job in removing stains on my teeth that I could not effectively remove with my toothbrush at home. During the cleaning, he periodically asked if I was still good or needed to spit up, which I personally appreciate since I tend to salivate a lot. Afterwards, he was kind enough to answer questions I had on dental hygiene, such as the current electric toothbrush I was using and types of toothpaste I could use to whiten my teeth. He made me feel comfortable and I didn't feel rushed in asking my questions. The environment is friendly and has a modern decor to it. I found this place on my phone map & given the good reviews, I sheduled an appointment & follow up appointment. Both were very quick... routine check-up / clean I was in & out within 30 mins or so. My second follow up appt for 2 new crowns I was done within an hour. Very clean facility, friendly staff, knowledgeable dentist, affordable out of pocket prices (I have no dental insurance). I became a Brite Clean Smiles patient day one! My mother in law told me about this office and what amazing service she had. I came in and Dr. G and his staff were very welcoming from the start. He fix a major issue with my tooth that a previous dentist Mickey Mouse. I had no idea! He also made sure I was doing ok through the whole procedure. I brought my kids in and they love him too! He is very patient with my kids which is a major plus and make sure they are comfortable. The office is super clean! Bought a groupon for zoom whitening for $100. I made my appointment and filled out the first patient forms online. This made my first visit a breeze. Pros: - ability to make appointments and fill forms online - clean and spacious office - listen to your own music during the procedure. I feel really bad writing this review. The doctor is SO nice and Candace (who used to, or still does work at the front?) is also VERY nice! However, I would suggest to only go here for teeth whitening. I came across this place because I had a dental emergency and needed a dentist to look at me ASAP. Dr. Zac (?) told me I needed a cleaning (which I did) but that I also needed to replace my crown (that was BS). Truthfully, I really think this was all about the money... I went in the next week for a "deep clean" and crown replacement. Mind you I had no problems with my existing crown and was told that it was just time to be replaced. I will take full responsibility for not getting a second opinion. NEVER AGAIN! I have NEVER, in my life, been in so much pain. Not only did the dental hygienist not know what she was doing but she straight ruined my gums. I now have permanent damage after having an infection that lasted about a full 2 months. My mouth is still not the same. I have to go to a different dentist to have more work done. I'm beyond upset/scared to ever go to the dentist again. Like I said, I'm sure it's fine for teeth cleaning/whitening but I would suggest NOT to go in to this location for anything else. read more

Upon arrival to Brite Clean Smiles this morning I was greeted with a smile by reception and all of my insurance information was all ready and accounted for by the staff. After a few simple signatures (for new patients) I was on my way for x-rays and cleaning. Lee made quick and painless work of the x-rays and then moved me right over to one of the suites where the wonderful team cleaned and polished my teeth, and did an incredible job. Transparency would be the best word to describe my visit today. The entire team put me at ease with clear communication, a very well organized office space, and a comfortable environment to spend time in for any procedure. This office is loaded with new technology, loved being in a modern designed office with the modern technology to match. Dr. Girgis and his team are incredibly personable. Given that I had not had a cleaning in almost two years I was concerned that I may be shamed (LOL) by the dentist for not having flossed as much as I should, brushing the wrong way, drinking too much coffee, etc. BUT NO! Dr. Girgis expertly instructed me on any concerns I may have had through x-ray imaging and assured me that my teeth are in great health! Overall, it was a great experience. Everyone in the office was great, but I have to single out Amanda. She took an hour cleaning my teeth and was very thorough. She explained everything she was doing and made me feel at ease. The new technology of using a laser to clean my teeth was something I never experienced before so I was excited to be a part of something so cutting edge. I met Dr. Girgis through my husband who recommended I seek treatment after he had his veneers done. I'm very high strung and anxious when it comes to needles or being at the dentist in general. Having said that, I knew I'd be in for quite a bit of work as I had only been to the dentist once in my life. After my initial apportionment, I was given my treatment plan, broken down into a few appointments to get all my work done. I had root canals, crowns, fillings, and a deep cleaning done. Because I was so anxious, Dr. Girgis gave me anti-anxiety meds to take the edge off before every appointment. I will say that although I was very nervous, the appointments went very well.
