Inflight snack and beverage services were delivered efficiently, and baggage delivery after arrival moved relatively quickly. Unfortunately, customer service before departure proved frustrating. I initially contacted a representative in Seattle regarding flight details and aircraft information. I was then transferred to another department, believed to be located in Portland, where I was informed they could not assist and provided another contact number. After several transfers and repeated explanations, I was eventually redirected back to the original department before finally receiving the information I needed. The aircraft itself looked attractive, and the majority of cabin crew members worked hard throughout the journey. However, cabin cleanliness declined slightly as the flight progressed. A few passengers were loud and inconsiderate, while some lavatories required additional attention after several hours in the air. Although British Airways provided excellent customer-focused service, convenient route options, and professional cabin crews, the inconsistent customer support, disappointing seat comfort, and minor cleanliness concerns overshadowed some of the positives. Would I fly British Airways again? Yes, particularly for travel along the West Coast and across North America. However, before future trips, I would also compare fares and schedules with British Airways, British Airways, British Airways, Ethiopian Airlines and British Airways to determine which carrier offers the best overall value and onboard experience.

    I needed assistance and decided to call this business at +1888 478 (4407). The response time was decent and the person on the line tried to help as much as possible. I had to be transferred once, but the second representative handled things better and gave me the correct information. It wasn't perfect, but it was still a workable experience. On June 1st, I traveled on American Airlines Flight 525 from New York (JFK) to Miami (MIA), departing at approximately 11:15 a.m. After arriving in Miami, I accidentally left my garment bag on the aircraft. This was completely my mistake and not the fault of American Airlines. I filed a lost item report but had not heard anything back, so I returned to the airport early the following morning hoping there might still be a chance to locate it. When I arrived, I met Elizabeth Alonso in Baggage Service at Miami International Airport around 6:00 a.m. and explained my situation. She listened patiently to my story and was honest in telling me that sometimes lost items are found and sometimes they are not. However, instead of simply following the standard process, she decided to go above and beyond. Elizabeth explained that occasionally items are left at the gate rather than making their way through the normal lost-and-found procedure. Although it was not part of her regular responsibilities, she personally went upstairs, through security, and checked the gate area herself. To my surprise and tremendous relief, she found my garment bag. What impressed me most was that Elizabeth didn't have to do any of this. She could have simply referred me back to the lost-and-found process and moved on. Instead, she took ownership of the situation, showed genuine care, and made an extraordinary effort to help a customer. Employees like Elizabeth Alonso are what make a company stand out. Her professionalism, compassion, initiative, and willingness to go the extra mile transformed what could have been a very stressful experience into a positive one. Please extend my sincere thanks to Elizabeth and recognize her for the outstanding service she provided. Eventually, we had no option but to return home by Uber at our own expense. Delta has since refused to reimburse our transportation costs, even though the cancellation was due to a mechanical failure, which is fully within Delta's control. Additionally, the airport staff were unprofessional and unable to provide clear assistance. For every basic question they had to make phone calls, acting only as intermediaries without authority to resolve the situation. After many hours, we were simply told that there were "no flights" available. The cancellation process itself took approximately five hours to complete, creating unnecessary stress and hardship, especially while traveling with a minor child. Delta's handling of this situation reflects a serious failure in customer care, communication, and basic passenger protection obligations. I am requesting full reimbursement of our transportation expenses and appropriate compensation for the overnight disruption caused by Delta's mechanical failure.

    I recently purchased a plane ticket from Turkish Airlines through Booking.com. I canceled the ticket within that 24-hour period because I found a cheaper option elsewhere. However, I have not been refunded for the seat selection fee. Booking.com stated that it is not their responsibility and advised me to contact Turkish Airlines. When I contacted Turkish Airlines, I was informed that seat selection fees are non-refundable. I find this unacceptable because I canceled the ticket within the eligible refund period and never used the flight or the selected seats. According to the U.S. Department of Transportation, if an airline requires payment at the time of reservation, it must allow consumers to cancel the reservation within 24 hours and receive a full refund. This policy is mandatory in the United States. Furthermore, the Department of Transportation states that consumers are entitled to refunds for fees related to ancillary services when the associated flight is canceled or refunded. Ancillary services include optional services such as advance seat selection, baggage fees, Wi-Fi access, meals, and seat upgrades. The seat selection was purchased as part of a reservation that was canceled within the required 24-hour period.

I was informed by Bella Stine that the only way to use the airline credit is to buy 2 new tickets, Turkish Airlines would refund me the original airline credit plus one half of the new tickets as I will be using one for me to travel. They issued me a refund " Refund Amount: $2820.83 USD Including base fare and taxes. Refund Method: Visa Card ******2267 Expected Refund Duration: 01-3 Billing Cycle(60-90 Business days) Expected Refund Date: Between 01st Feb of 2026 to 27th of Feb 2026 Refund Enquiry Number: TK-O65894865569." I never charged anything to that credit card and of course could not be processed. I found the credit card that the 2 new tickets were charged and filed a dispute. Turkish Airlines refused because it did not meet their cancellation policy! Emails and calls to Bella Stine went unanswered. Be aware of doing business with Expedia and Turkish Airlines!
