I've learned and done tons of exercises with barbells, dumbbells, bands, bodyweight, etc. that work all the different muscles in the body. All of the trainers are exceptionally knowledgeable. They teach you the exercises and make sure you have the proper form and prevent injuries. They also push you when they know you can do more. And they're incredibly friendly, which makes working out a lot more fun. Over time, my fitness abilities have improved immensely. KAT's more personalized than traditional group fitness classes or open gyms, but not as expensive or intimidating as personal training. There's a maximum of 4 people per session, and it's very motivating and fun seeing other people also working towards their individual fitness goals. At the end of every session, we do a "burn out" together where we do several exercises together and it's a lot of fun.
