I have never left a review but I'm this case I felt the need to. Dr Britton was very knowledgeable and did adjust me after a consultation. I did make a couple more visits. These visits were covered by my insurance. I was approved for two treatments per visit. Adjustments, electronic stimulation, and or a 30 min message. Adjustments averaged about 5-10 minutes, and the mussel stimulation was as about 10 minutes. Never got to the massage. For one of the visits I was charged $25 extra because I cancelled a visit the day of the visit, even though my co-pay was $10??. That's when I found out they require a 24 hour notice to cancel without a penalty. Due to work commitments, I was not able to visit for 3 months. Neither my condition nor my insurance changed. When I made a online appointment and called in to verify that it was received, I was told that I would would have to have a new consultation and my visits would have to be approved again. ?? When I arrived for my visit, I was told that the company that Dr Britton sub contracts the insurance verification with said that I did not have chiropractic care. Therefor I could not be seen. A phone call would have been appreciated so I could clear this up before making the trip to the office. I was told I had to call my insurance to verify I had the coverage.... But my insurance never changed?? Then I asked "once I verify that I had coverage what do I do?". Call us back and we will check again.... At the end of the day, if you are looking for a quick adjustment and you want to purchase one of their monthly visit plans, this might be a good place for you. If you require a little more personal care, a value placed more on the individual than the $$, then you might want to seek another option. For myself, I'm going to seek another option, unfortunately. It's hard to find a good fit for Chiropractic care these days. Wish my old Chiropractor of 25 years would not have retired. read more

I love coming to Dr. Britton, I have been a patient of his since 2017. As a student it is important for me to take care of my physical health. Because of my busy, unpredictable work schedule I do not book as many visits as I would like. I will say...there is nothing more relaxing and de-stressful than booking that appointment. Fiiiiinally I was able to make a much needed appointment after so long. So, unless, I've experienced an injury, I usually go in for maintenance care (adjustment, roller, maybe electric stimulation). This time around to my surprise Dr. Britton's office now provides cupping and acupuncture. I have never done cupping so after my initial chiro visit I decided to try it. OMG! the best thing!! Dr. Britton is incredible. Had an excruciating back pain from Crossfit while deadlifting - busy schedule and just putting up with the pain for 3 months. When I couldn't take it anymore, I decided to visit Dr. Britton when checking out chiropractors on Yelp. I used a Groupon that allotted 3 visits. From the first visit, Dr. Britton took his time in getting to know where the pain was, the cause of it, and helped me understand in simple terms exactly what went wrong. Within 3 visits and the appropriate adjustments, my back was completely free of pain! I'm ecstatic and cannot be happier - it's taught me a lesson to be careful in the gym (and I thought I was very careful). Service is great , but they have a scam contract , that contract is conflict , and I'm going to post them here so everybody can ready this before they sign up for scam . They have a monthly membership price for member . But if you terminate your contract early , they don't just charge you for cancellation fee , additional they will charge you each time you go in for a service as a regular price . For example, you bought a membership, and go in for a service 100 times in 3 months, and each time service is $55 , so you will owe them $5500 plus $150 cancellation fee , but they will take out $267 as you paying a monthly , so you still owe them $5383 . . But for what I'm understanding , when you in a term as a member , and you want to stop the contract, you will be only responsible for additional cancellation fee . like you open a Costco membership, then you purchase a $50 , then you go to cancel the membership, and Costco tell you you have to pay for Walmart price , you owe them $20 more tor that product.......... WARNING: If you get the GROUPON you are not even examined. This "doctor" put me in INSANE amounts of pain and ignored my medical condition which I'd already divuldged. I don't understand AT ALL how this has such high ratings. First things first the waiting room is disgusting. It's easy to get a shark steamer and wash the windowsill of the front desk, but maybe they don't care. At first the doctor seemed nice. I warned the 'doctor' that my back was curved in an as (my right side is hyper extended, my left side is scrunched up.) and my hips are displaced/abnormal (he did not ask or do further investigation of it) I have been to many many chiros, and all of them would look at me standing, or have me do a range of motion test. This one did not, and went in for what he called "the adjustment" He did NOT pop the areas which were in dire need of popping from holding my baby (I'd expressed to him I wanted a certain area targeted since thats where my tightness from holding a baby comes from) Then he actually seriously twisted my hips and I cried out "OW OW OW!!!" to stop him- but it was too late. He's already over extended my right side in the worst possible way. Right now I'm in pain. BEWARE OF THIS MAN!!! HE DOES NOT PAY ATTENTION HE JUST DOES THE SAME THING FOR EVERYONE! I had issues with my shoulders, knees, left elbow, neck, and lower back from years of stress & strain. I scheduled an appointment at Dr. Anthony Britton's office and on the first visit I felt immediate results. Alot of my pain went away, the ability to move was increased ten fold and I knew that I had to keep coming back if I wanted to continue seeing improvements in my physical health. I've had a sharp pain in my right shoulder and my right forearm for quite a while before I decided to visit a chiropractor. A friend recommended Dr Britton because not only is he a chiropractor, he also trains in martial arts and works out. I figured that he would know what I'm suffering through. After my first session, I believed I chose the right guy to help me. Dr. Britton did a thorough examination, no rush, sat there and explained what my problem was, and explained to me what we needed to do to heal it. After about 5 sessions, my shoulder was well enough that he started to show my strengthening exercises for my shoulder. I finished my last session a couple of months ago and I have to say, my shoulder and forearm feels great. As a side note, I love the spinal adjustments that he does at the beginning of each section. I originally saw Dr Britton for my low blood pressure! I know sounds crazy but the only advise my MD could give me was to not do intense workouts in order to avoid dizzy spells. I came in for a consultation and spinal adjustment with Dr. Britton. It felt like he lifted a ton off my shoulders. I sit at a desk all day for work so my back always feels compressed, I felt so much better after the adjustment. I started seeing Dr. Britton over 6 months ago, suspecting that maybe some alignment issues were making my migraines worse and more frequent. I can't say if alignment was the only cause of increased severity in my migraines, but I am SO HAPPY to say that my migraine frequency is SIGNIFICANTLY reduced. I appreciate that Dr. Britton not only provided the adjustments in his office, but added in some muscle work. Also, by teaching me stretches and exercises I can do at home and at work, Dr. Britton shows that he truly cares about his patients' improvement, rather than having his patients completely reliant upon him for their well-being. The knowledge he shares helps me to take responsibility for my own well-being, and stay aware of my posture and alignment as I go through actions in every-day life, sitting at my desk at work, driving, etc. During an initial assessment, I also got an x-ray taken in Dr. Britton's office. He clearly explained to me what the x-ray showed and his recommended course of treatment. Now I return for maintenance adjustments, and my x-ray printout is on my refrigerator as a reminder to do the stretches and exercises to maintain a healthy spine. This place is great! I came in yesterday because I have been experiencing wrist pain. I made my appointment last minute and was grateful that they were able to squeeze me in. Today was my first time at Britton Chiropractic and it certainly won't be my last. I had been referred to a "chiropractor" about five years ago and it was terrifying!!! There weren't actual rooms, it was one room separated by sheets. I swore to never go to another one again. A buddy of mine from the gym told me about the amazing experience he had at Britton Chiropractic and highly recommend him. I was feeling "okay" but after years of marathons, rugby and MMA I thought it might be a good idea to get a check up. I went on the back massaging machine for 20 minutes and after that was finished, he took me into another room where he cracked my neck, mid back, and lower back. Dr. Britton and his staff are very friendly and professional. Their office is clean and welcoming. As a fellow martial artist, I appreciate his background in Wushu Sanda and I feel that it gives him more insight than other chiropractors that I've been to as to the type training and physical stress that our bodies endure. I went in today for a minor back problem that I assumed was caused by a more serious injury (slipped disc) that I had a few years ago. I've had a few flare ups since the original injury, but the cause was always obvious. So I messed up my back AGAIN (improper lifting technique) and could barely move or walk the following days without feeling like an old lady. I had to return to Dr. Britton to get back on track with muscle rehabilitation. Dr. Britton provides the most informative introduction to the pain you are experiencing to the very last period. He's seems to have a genuine approach in determining what's the best way to help you feeling like new again. Everything isn't a one fix wonder, I've been having horrible sciatica nerve pain for a while. I've noticed my vertabraes now crack/release pressure easier than before - I guess this is the first step to recovery. If you haven't had any sessions in, I'd recommend you come here to get your spine re-adjusted and to keep stretching those hamstrings to try hitting the hard-to-reach piriformis muscle.
