I'm glad I did, because my experience with them was excellent from start to finish. Bruce, Chris, and Mr. Cilento were very professional, patient, and accommodating throughout the entire job. I have a Navien boiler, which is efficient but also very sensitive and requires special training to service correctly. They clearly knew what they were doing and were well trained on this type of boiler. My boiler had several issues going on at once, and they stuck with it until they found the problem and repaired it properly. They also took the time to answer all of my questions without any annoyance, and they gave me helpful information about my plumbing and boiler so I can better understand it going forward. I opted to install a water heater and he detailed exactly how the process would go. At some point I changed my mind about what model I wanted and just before work started I was concerned about how a tube would be routed, but he resolved both concerns and price did not change. Day of install went exactly as planned. Unit worked perfectly and was able to use the hot water halfway through the job. Job site was left as clean as the work itself. I appreciate that he worked with his dad for over 20 years before striking out on his own. His dad taught him well. When RPG sent a helper to install a pot filler in my new kitchen, the helper put a small scratch on the fitting. If you didn't know it was there you would never have seen it. Rich felt really bad and was apologetic. Others without his ethics would have covered it up and never told me about it. I told Rich that I would replace the filler. Rich was adamant about buying a brand new one and never charging me a cent. He purchased a new filler and installed it without a whimper or excuse. To say that I recommend him is an understatement.
