This is my favorite coffee shop and I always make sure to visit when I'm back home in Winchester (since I go to school out in Fairfax). My go-to is usually the Brotastic but I always look forward to the new season flavors they have, which are usually extremely good. The mini donuts are delicious as well! The staff is always friendly and quick to get the orders out. Perfect for on the go since it's a drive-thru shack in a grocery store parking lot, but I also love that there's a walk-up window as well. read more

Wow! We stopped on a road trip, saw it on the map and thought it was a whole shop when it's actually a little cabin in the parking lot - but that's okay! The drive thru was faster than we expected, and the customer service was excellent! We got a Grizzly Bear, a Nutty Brofessor, and some bro-nuts. The Grizzly was great, but the Brofessor??? My husband and I are traveling from Mississippi to VA for a few days and stopped here early morning before doing the things for the day. The menu is pretty detailed which is nice and after ordered, we got our drinks within 2 minutes. We both were shocked at how fast the service was. After the long drive, we craved some GOOD coffee.. because along the way we tried some that tasted like flavored milk and I don't vibe with that. But the coffee here was fantastic, and actually tasted like coffee. It was an amazing experience overall-and we even got a little chocolate covered coffee bean on our cup which was delicious!! My experience was not good because the coffee I received was stale and burnt. There were grinds still at the bottom of the latte. It was so acidic that it caused me to have diarrhea and stomach pain immediately after. I even stated to the barista to make my order lighter with more milk than coffee but I instead received more coffee than milk. When I asked her to put more milk, she gave me an excuse saying "Im not supposed to do this,I will get in trouble from the owners." You men to tell me that you're willing to make your customers sick because you're afraid of adding extra milk to inconvenience your higher ups? I keep it simple so i ordered an iced vanilla latte and they had mini donuts so I got some in cinnamon sugar. My drink was so good! It didn't taste burnt. It was very robust and you could actually taste the espresso beans and not just the syrup and milk!! The donuts was very light and fluffy. I really enjoyed it. I spent the same amount I would at Dunkin' or Starbucks but this place is next level and the customer service was amazing. It was only one person working but she didn't seem overwhelmed. I had to take off the lid just to make sure I didn't drive off with a cup of steamed milk. It seems like this place may be better for their specialty drinks. While they were certainly very cute, they were very light and looked like they could have stayed in the fryer a little longer. Nothing exceptional about them. Save your calories and go get some apple cider donuts from a local farm instead. Last, but not least, I asked for a cup of ice water and it was completely undrinkable. It tasted like bleach. As in the Starbucks brand coffee is a extremely low quality burnt bean that is rated lower then McDonald's. Not kidding. These guys have good coffee with some extremely great flavors. My test is if a place can make a correct dirty chia. So fare only 4 places which include brobears have made it correctly. Low and behold this is a cute little gem of a drive thru coffee shop with great tasting coffee . I was greeted with a wonderful smile and when I asked a few questions about some menu items the gal gave me a rundown with no hesitation. Customer service at its finest! I ordered a dark coffee with mini apple cider doughnuts (they have several flavors). They give you a free chocolate covered coffee bean with every coffee drink this was a nice surprise!
