My FIANCÉ also got a maple latte; it's delicious and would try again. Most lattes are milk forward, but this one is perfectly balanced. The maple amount is the perfect aftertaste. I got the gingerbread cookie and dare I say... It was the best gingerbread cookie I've ever had. It was soft, squishy, and gingery. We also got the blueberry muffin, it was good, but a little dry. Pass on the muffin, but get 50 of the gingerbread cookies. Ambiance (5/5): it's in a brewery so there's plenty of seating: tens of tables, high tops, bar seating, and 3 6+ person couch seating. There's a free parking lot for brewery & coffee patrons. They open at 8am on the weekends & Vibrissa opens at 11am, so if you want something on their menu, go after 11am and you get both places to choose from!!! Also their bathroom was CLEAN. 7 stalls (1 wheelchair accessible), 6 automatic sinks & soap dispensers, and a power towel dispenser with a trashcan right next to the door for all the girlies that don't like touching the doors!
