Car was impounded for 30 days, these people stole all my belongings out my car such as loose change, car charger, screw drivers, left my carpets full of mud, they also use forklifts to move cars around Once confronted about all my belongings missing they Blamed it on DCPD and said they only take stuff out of cars once they "think" the car is gonna be gone off their lot soon One of the workers moved 2 cars out the way using a forklift messing up bottom of cars, once he got to my car he was trying to use a forklift but I didn't let him instead I went inside and moved it, once I got home I noticed that the bottom of my car is heavily scratched in a straight line as if they already have used the forklift These people also go by courtesy towing I provided pictures of my damaged mufflers, cracked panel, and freshly scratched suspension parts

This place needs to disappear. I apparently blocked my neighbors driveway in Daly City and they called the cops to tow it. I ended up paying $240 for the release fee at Daly City police department. Then this place charged me $250 for basic impound fee and $70 per storage day. But my car was towed less than 11 hours ago. They charge you whatever they want. Getting a lawyer now.

Broadmoor erroneously towed FOUR of the building owners car last night. When I called to try to figure out why the cars were being towed, on who's authority, since these were building owners, Gino was dismissive, said this wasn't his problem, it was between me and the security team that called them, Thomas and Daisy....WHoever Thomas & Daisy are, they are not with 3838 California street, where our cars were being pretty much stolen. We found out later, it was security from across the street that called in error. This was not their parking lot. They took 4 cars and when I explained to Gino I know these are building owner cars, he never paused for a moment, or asked the drivers to turn back until it was figured out. I told him I was calling the police, he said, good, he called them first. This was a gross display of authority misplaced. Had Gino stopped for one moment, he could have saved my physicians a tremendous amount of stress and time. My Dr had to drive to Daly City to retrieve a car erroneously taken. She was not given an apology. She was spoken to rudely by Gino. This tow company will not ever get my business, or that of anyone who will listen. They do not care about the possiblity they made an error, they don't care about the predicament of the people they hurt, they do not care....PERIOD. Find another tow company.

They used to have a contract with our HOA, but due to a large number of complaints, we had to let them go.

I had the most amazing car service experience ever with A&J Towing. While driving my Tesla to San…read moreFrancisco, we drove over a screw. We heard the rhythmic thumping and pulled over. I was despondent - no other word for it. The following day was the first day of a sales event I had been planning for months. I had no idea how I was going to manage getting to the event and dealing with my tire with Tesla. I can't begin to describe the anxiety I was feeling. After 35 exhausting minutes texting with Tesla service, the solution they came up with was to tow me 20 miles in the opposite direction of my home, leave the car there for service the following day, and have no solution for getting me back to my house. I told them forget it, I'm calling AAA. I submitted the service request on line and was crestfallen when I saw it was going to take another hour and a half before someone got to me. I struggled to get a live AAA person on the phone to see if they could help. When I did get someone on the phone, she said, my service tech, Khalil, will be there in 17 minutes. WHAT?! I didn't see the app had updated. I started texting with the person at A&J Towing in San Francisco. She kept me updated as 17 minutes had passed and no Khalil. He was stuck in traffic. When he showed up (okay 5 minutes felt like an eternity), I told him I had a bolt in the tire and could drive the car on to the flat bed. He then said, oh, I can have you out of hear in 10 minutes. WHAT?! Khalil looked at the screw and said, it's positioned perfectly and could fix it. He repaired the hole in less than 10 minutes, and we were ready to go. I was concerned about driving on a slightly deflated tire, and he assured me it would be okay to drive on the freeway. He offered to follow us to the gas station, but at this point Khalil had earned my trust. We came home, and my hubby looked at the repair. He took it to the gas station to even out the air pressure. I made it to my event without any other problems. I have been singing the praises of Khalil. Khalil fixed everything!

I had an outstanding experience with AAA and the remarkable tow truck driver, Khalil Habash. From…read morethe moment he arrived, Khalil was incredibly sharp and quickly identified that the starter was definitely dead after his initial attempt to jump-start the car. Because his tow truck couldn't fit under the low ceilings of the Stonestown parking garage, Khalil expertly coasted my immobile car down the garage inclines, ensuring it remained safe and under control as we brought it out to the street. Initially, I had considered having Khalil tow my car to my home, but it quickly became clear that this would have been impractical since I had no plans for repairs. Khalil wisely suggested towing the car directly to A & J Automotive, where it could be repaired promptly and efficiently. This thoughtful recommendation proved to be a game-changer, sparing me the hassle of finding a repair shop on my own and necessitating a second towing job. What truly stood out was Khalil's dedication and thoughtfulness. After we dropped the car off at A & J Automotive, Khalil even gave me a ride home, despite his shift having ended and the pouring rain. His commitment to my comfort made the entire experience pleasant and stress-free. The next morning, Farah at A & J Automotive confirmed the diagnosis and repaired the starter at a fair and reasonable price, which I verified through my own research. Thanks to Khalil's thoughtful recommendation, my car is now fixed and back on the road, saving me time and hassle.

We reached out to this business with this exact quote: 'Non emergency car tow, anytime within the next few days. About 9 miles within San Francisco. How much for rear wheel towing vs. flat bed. It's from one apt garage to another apt garage, the space is tight for both places'. The good: - The tow truck drivers were right on time for their appointment. - They managed to get our car out of the tight spot (although they had to push it) - Workers were friendly and tried to accommodate us the best they could The bad: - We were charged an additional $75 by the owner for 'additional labor required'. This was because the tow trucks could not get into either garage, and the workers had to push the car out/in to both garages. This was despite the fact that we provided the information on our quote request that it was one SF apartment garage to another, and the spot was tight. We also provided the clearance of the garages the early afternoon before the tow. You would think that professionals in these services would know if their trucks would be able to go into a garage after being provided the clearance, and also that they would check to see what kind of garage it was before providing a quote if the price would change. - Before scheduling an appointment (after being provided the quote), we also confirmed with the owner that there would be 'no hidden fees'. He assured us that he 'don't do business like that'. We were then charged an additional fee of roughly ~30% of the quote price. - We reached out to the owner after being charged additional fees. His responses were full of inconsistencies and odd answers. For example: - He told us he assumed that the garage would be a straight in and out. This was despite us telling him it was to/from an apartment garage in SF and tight spots (assumedly NOT straight in and out), and explaining the garage layout to his employee. He also did not think to clarify before the tow. - He told us that his workers should have reached out to him when it was a more complicated tow and there would be extra fees. Despite acknowledging that it was an error on his drivers for not reaching out, he did not refund the fee. - He texted us requesting more information about the garage the day before. At essentially the same time, his employee (the truck driver) called us and we provided a detailed explanation of the garage situation. His worker failed to relay this information to the owner. The owner blamed us for this, explaining that we should have called him and told him as well, even after we had provided all the requested information to his employee. Summary: Overall, we felt like we went above and beyond to provide all the required information to get an accurate quote. After a series of blunders that appear to be issues with communication by his employees, we ended up having to pay additional hidden fees (roughly 30% of the original quote). We even tried to clarify the situation with the owner after the tow, but he seemed disinterested in providing a refund for the additional fee. This was even after he told us that his employees did not follow the established procedure. Overall this felt a little suspicious and like bad business practice. Even if there were some communication issues with his employees, we felt that the business owner should have honored his word and refunded the fee after. Even with all information we provided and despite our protest, they stood firm on their price.
