They are liars!!! I called before five to get my car and they said they were open 24 hours. I waited two hours to have someone show up. Then they charged me 390 for an after hour pick up and the gate fee charge of 177. I called before five and should not have been charged that. And since the receipt is online, they changed the fee descriptions after I reviewed it then send it to my cell phone!! Extremely deceitful and don't trust them. I was visiting a friend in the area while picking up some essential groceries during these trying times, when my car broke down. I gave Daly City Towing a call and they were prompt to pick up, and sent Marcus, one of their truck drivers, to help me out. Marcus was nice and getting my car to the repair shop was hassle-free given the circumstances. These guys are great! My husband and I were driving home from a trip to LA in our old Civic when it broke down in the highway. It was like a scene from a horror movie. It was pouring and we were dead tired and didn't know what to do. I went on Google and looked up towing near me and found this place. So... i've been saying I was going to write a review due to the simple fact that I had the most amazing experience that I've ever had with a tow company. I believe it was January 31 around 446 in the morning I was dropping some friends off and just as it was time for me to go home, my car just looses power. So I'm all upset because money is tight and this is just another problem I don't need!! So I'm calling around, finally land on Daly City Towing. So I call them up and they say there sending someone to assist. So I hang up and I prepare to get comfortable, because I just knew it was gonna take over an hour and a half! Boy.. was I wrong!!! With in 15 mins 20 tops Andy arrives and he was so nice, and helpful, very hospitable, so much so I can just feel all my frustrations and anger just melting away so fast! I kid you not. It was as god sent an angel because I tell you this man had the most gentlest soul... Suffice to say I made it home safely and I'm very happy with all the service I received from start to end and I'll definitely be recommending this company. I called before walking in. I needed assistance near the Daly City bart station. Kevin was a great help. We talked about sports and he was very professional despite it being late. Being a tow truck driver is a difficult job and he put me at ease with all the help he provided. I have had a really rough day today, been behind on time and it seems like everything has gone mostly wrong. Top it off locked my keys in my car with my lights on so I needed some help. I looked up towing services around my area Daly Towing pulled up with great ratings. I called them they were understandable and provided good service over the phone estimated wait time was about an hour. They got there in about half the time. The tech that assist me was named Marcus really nice guy invited great service was able to give me a jump and get my keys out of my car. So the other day, my car started making a rumbling noise but wasn't consistent so I didn't think anything of it. Then yesterday it broke down on my way to work and I was stranded on the side of the road. I called Daly City Towing and they came way quicker than I imagined ! Daly city tow totally saved me .. I was on my way to work and my tire blew. They showed up within 20 mins, they brought me a spare which I asked for. The driver was kind enough to double check if I had a spare myself and to lack of my knowledge I did ... Soo pretty much in the end that saved me $60 bucks. He then put the tire on and filled my other tires with air as well bonus the whole process from when he arrived only took about 10-15 mins :). read more

Daly City Towing is very reliable. I had an accident recently where my car gets stuck in the mad. Someone tried to help me to maneuver the car, but it still didn't work out.
