I moved here from San Diego and reserved the place before I had a change to see it in person. There are some definite pros and cons: Pros: Maintenance is FAST There is a security guard on site The pool is cleaned daily The gym is clean and has TVs on each machine They allow dogs and have outdoor clean up stations and the carpet hides any "accidents" well You can barely hear your neighbors even when they are loud (good for neighboring barking dogs too, which we are fortunate not to have). Cons: The apartments can be rather roughed up (cracks in appliances/light switches) There is no business center but the people at the front office will let you print from their computer, which can be awkward at times. There is no jacuzzi You can only pay rent with a check, a $10 cashier's check, or a $4 Moneygram unless you want to shell out $30 to pay online each month (wtf, who even has that option?) Overall, I have to say that the price for a 1 bedroom is fair; I would recommend looking at the individual unit before renting to see the state of the appliances but other than that everything else is pretty good! read more

Never again. You could not pay me enough to ever live here again. We had a ridiculous amount of problems with this complex....and after talking to a few other people who live there, we aren't the only ones. The apartment was dirty when we moved in (supposed to be cleaned by their maid service).... we called the front desk and complained. The front desk asked if the maid service had permission to enter if we were not there, we said absolutely not! So they scheduled 11 am the next day. At 730 am the maid let herself into our home! Thats right folks she had a key! She didnt even knock. Just unlocked my door when I wasn't even dressed and walked right in! The back gate is broken ALL THE TIME. What exactly is the point of having a security gate if its open to the public anyways?? Ya....I dont get it either. The air conditioning in our apartment was terrible and anytime we ran it we would pay out the caboose for our power bill! O! And the gift card you are "supposed" to receive within a month of moving in????.... ($200 I believe)- After 60-90 days we called the manager and asked for it- they said we will get it to u whenever we get it. What a joke! I had to have my lawyer write up a letter for me to email to them to even get the gift card! You cannot pay your rent with a check or cash! You have to get an 8$ cashier check from your bank! O....you say you want to pay online? Welp- that's going to cost you around a 25$ fee. My registration on one of my cars expired- and the tow company for the apartment complex put a warning on my car that if I didnt get the registration fixed they were going to tow my car! Wtf....Are you kidding me? O and its less than a mile from the pig farm- yup the lovely smells of the local pig farm wafting into your apartment early in the morning is top notch I have never had more problems with any place I have ever lived. Heres a tip: buy a box instead of moving here! read more

Not to bad, here and there you get jack ass loud neighbors and the parking can be a bit bad on the weekends but overall it's not a bad place to stay, just be aware of the stinky pig farm about 3-5 minutes up the street... I've been over here almost 3 years now honestly I'm happy for now, all apartments come with their fair share of problems I mean what do you expect when you live with hundreds of strangers, I just try not to become the problem :) ... I live here persently. The complex is going down hill FAST. The people above me jump on the floor all day and night, and when I call the office they will not answer their phone and they NEVER return calls. Someone above me throws their trash out of the window, and no one picks it up. I am not talking about a paper here and there, they throw food garbage as well as other garbage. Recently, graffiti is starting to go up and no one cleans it up. I have had stuff stolen off of my back porch. The rent might seem cheap, and the apartment they show you might look good, but walk a few bulidings down and see what you see. This place is GHETTO with lip stick in the viewing areas. read more

Which by the way I just found that on yelp azure villas 2 comes out as Broadstone Indigo, not very professional I guess, in reality that's not it's name anymore... hasn't been for quite some time now... But I'll re post my review..since it was meant to be for azure villas 2 n they still erased it from side 1 And yes I did not put my name, only because I still live here and I'm not trying to get something done to my property or my vehicle. This property is very clean and that is why I'm giving it two stars, but when it comes to fixing issues in a promptly matter, I'd say it's not really their best Effort! I'm on side 2, 100 percent better than side 1 (cops there all the time for some reason) also why I put 2 stars since I haven't seen them on this side as often as side 1... well anyways I've had my a/c looked at countless times in the year, which for the price we pay in rent, sure is pathetic, not to mention how you're screwed if it messes up during the weekends because I've only seen one guy working on the weekends, while there's a whole team throughout the week, but I'll clear up that this Weekend I did noticed one more guy coming on Saturdays... which to me one weekend day is not enough! What if property messes up on Sunday when I only see one tech out? Ah both the office does keep a team through the whole weekend? Why? Sales more important than fixing your property issues? I'm one to believe most people are not home throughout the week because of regular Monday to Friday jobs yet there's whole tech team for days without many people at home on weekdays (see so many carts on property weekdays as opposed to weekends is how I've learned to notice) in my opinion it's impossible for one tech to get much fixed in a property with two sides in a timely matter on a weekend with a property full of tenants alone, then with air issues the best they could do is bring you a portable which is absolutely ridiculous since it only keeps one room cooled and you can't leave your house because it's placed in your window meaning your house it's easily exposed to a break in and there's not any cameras anywhere in this property so how would one prove who broke in? These are the First apartments I live in that have no cameras anywhere, pretty unsafe I'd say... to me all that is called poor management, and to top it off I've been at the pool with my family, several times now and there's two females in bikinis every now and then that decide to grab their bottom bikini undies and place them between their butt cheeks like thongs, one of the other families that was there called the office once and nothing was done...I believe teens and children shouldn't be exposed to nudity on a pool where many families go to because they live there... not to mention who might be watching from the apartments near the pool, eww... there's nude beaches in Cali for that or hotels with nude pools here in Vegas if a tan on your butt is what you want, but come on, not around kids!! so because of all these inconvenient situations I can't rate this property any higher once my contract is over I will be looking for a better place with better management where Im not afraid of having a break in or watching almost nude females in a pool with my family, there should definitely be some proper bathing suit requirements but apparently management don't care! -T.J read more

The police visit frequently, the SWAT team has shown up twice since we moved in (that I've been home for), and we are constantly being woken up all hours of the night from the idiots we live around making way too much noise. Three of our friends that live in the complex have had their doors bashed in and have been robbed of everything they own. Our experience here has been horrible! People continually complain that we WALK too loud and our music is too loud. Funny since we don't own a stereo. The staff are nice enough but I don't advise moving in here!! read more

I'd say it's very nice and I like it's a smaller complex compared to most. Love the area, quiet n friendly. There is a pig farm, but I personally rarely smell it unless its on a rainy day. (Which is hardly ever)... Minor incidents but nothing major to change my thoughts n want to leave. Great parks n shopping areas nearby. Not too many complaints on my end that u wouldn't have in any other complex. The fact that it's a smaller one, the jobs get done quicker. read more

I had a good experience with Broadstone Indigo until it came to move out. The management has poor communication skills. We moved out on November 1st and the management said that as a courtesy, we had until November 3rd to turn in our keys. They did not state that I would have to pay for the 1st through the 3rd. I went in on the 3rd, turned in my keys and asked how much I owed them. They told me the amount for the water and the prorated amount for November 1st. I made out the check on the spot. The assistant manager told me they would bill me for the rest of the water bill. She said nothing about having to pay for the 2nd and the 3rd. I just got a bill in the mail saying I owe them not only for the water, but for November 2nd and 3rd. I called and talked to the assistant manager and the manager for about an hour and a half about the miscommunication. They are saying that they can't credit me for those two days because the computer won't let them. That is crap! They never told me I would be charged for November 2nd or 3rd the two times I talked to them. (November 1st and 3rd when I went in.) Now the assistant manager is telling the manager that she did tell me about having to pay those two days. So the apartment sat empty for 2 days and my mom and I went in Monday morning and deep cleaned the apartment above and beyond what we should have and they are now telling me that if they told their computer I moved out on Saturday that they would have to charge me $200 for a cleaning fee as if I didn't clean it at all. Soooooo beyond frustrating to me. So no matter how much I complain and put up a fight, I still have to pay for those two days. I will never refer anyone to this complex again due to a lack of professionalism and not owning up to their mistake. read more
