My daughter's custom wedding dress was altered in all the wrong ways by a seamstress in Alaska, leaving us desperate for a fix. We had two days before her wedding after travelling from out of town to get the dress fixed. Elizabeth heard of our dilemma and reached out with an offer to help. In those two days, we had 3 fittings and gradual changes until the result was better than the original dress! Despite the short turn-around, they were content with nothing less than exactly what we wanted in every respect. Elizabeth and Alexis are a dynamic team of expertise when it comes to creative solutions, fitting, and sewing. They put on an invisible 7-point bustle that was perfect for the dress. In between working on the dress, they fixed a second dress for the night before event. The prices are quite reasonable, but the results are exceptional. I've attached screenshots from the TWO identical dresses I bought to wear to my daughter's wedding. You accused me of wearing the one that you ruined. As I told you, it was ruined and unwearable. I bought another. You asked why I did not bring it back to you, and as I told you, my primary concern was making sure that you were able to finish my daughter's dress in time for the wedding. Spoiler, you not only did not finish her dress, you did not allow her to try it on, you threw her out the door, and charged her twice your original estimate. And that's not counting the horrible way you spoke to her and the things you said. I understand that the first dress I brought to you needed significant alterations. That's why I brought it and ASKED YOU if it was repairable. You told me that you could do that, and all about how you would get it done. You did not have me back for a final fitting, even though I offered to come up; you told Alex it was unnecessary. When I tried to put that dress on, the sleeves had been cut back short, which was never requested, they were different lengths, and the biggest issue by far was that the arm holes had been cut so small that I simply could not get my arms into the dress! No, I did not pay your unreasonable bill. Honestly, I was stunned that you would have the nerve to send it to me after everything you did. Oh, I also noticed you deleted all of your Google reviews. That's ethical.
