The Blazer I took in came back a complete disaster! The outside was completely covered in cat hair,…read more(granted, from my cats, but I expected it to lint rolled - ya know, at least give the impression of being clean, but I could get over that). Though it is my expectation that when I take a suit in to be cleaned, (a women's 4 petite, $40 for the blazer, 2 pair of pants and one plain oxford, (on clearance at JCP all for right at $100), and from other cleaners, the norm, to pull a suit out of a bag and wear it to a meeting the next day without a worry. It's a huge disappointment to think you have a clean suit to discover this shoddy work - which could not have gone unnoticed: the lining to that blazer is, well wrinkled would be such an understatement as to not do this just justice! There are such large overlapping folds in the back that the pin strips in the lining look more like an M.C. Escher painting and protrude so far that that the blazer won't lay flat, (as horrible as it was, I was going to try it in an emergent situation, but went with something a little more casual and a lot less warm! As I am almost certain I they send there clothes out to be cleaned - or, at least the last 2 times I went to pick something up there was only one woman in the store sitting on a couch reading. Who, by the way, told me, regardless what my semi-formal dress said, there was no such thing as spot dry cleaning, (per tag required on the one white strip of material on a black dress), but "to just leave it and they'd figure something out". I did not, and will never again. I STRONGLY suggest you go anywhere but here!!! *Fingers crossed your reviews will leave me in better hands this time.* Thanks and good luck!

**** Unfortunately,…read moreour experience with Farragut Cleaners was extremely disappointing. My husband dropped off three dress shirts to be cleaned. One of those shirts, a $70 dress shirt that he needed for a funeral, came back with a slit cut through the collar. When we brought it to the attention of the store associate, she immediately acknowledged that the damage happened at the cleaners. She even shared that they have several new employees who have been making a lot of mistakes. She was kind and apologetic, but explained that she had no authority to resolve the issue. The real frustration came when trying to reach management. Both the store manager, Jordan, and the owner, Jenna, were impossible to get in touch with, leaving the front-line employees to handle upset customers without the ability to help. When we finally received a response, the store manager claimed the shirt was not damaged at the cleaners and offered only a $20 store credit. Even more disappointing, she never had the professionalism or courtesy to speak with us directly. We've always considered Farragut Cleaners to be a reputable local business, which makes this experience even more disappointing. We are busy people with careers and family responsibilities, we certainly don't have the time or energy to fabricate a claim over a dress shirt. We simply expected accountability and reasonable customer service when a mistake was made. Mistakes happen. What defines a business is how they respond to them. Sadly, Farragut Cleaners chose to deny responsibility rather than stand behind their work, and because of that, we won't be returning.
