Stopped by Mr. Tires late this evening after leaving work only to find that I had a flat tire…read more Fortunately, my car was parked in the jobs parking lot so I wasn't on the street. The gentleman who was sent by the Auto Repair shop to put my donut on, told me about Mr. Tires in terms of only knowing they existed because the shop was about four minutes away from my location. (He didn't actually know the owner or any of the workers there.) Upon pulling up, a guy immediately signaled by waving to let me know it was okay to enter the garage. He said hello and asked what I needed. I told him I had a flat and he gave me the option of repairing using a plug or fixing the hole from inside of the tire. I asked him which was better, and he said repairing from the inside and told me what the cost was for each ($20-plug, $30-hose (?) I think that's what it was called.) I also asked him what his name was, and he said Thomas. Thomas let me know that I could remain in the car while he replaced the tire (which I greatly appreciated) and he took care of my flat in what seemed like less than 15 minutes! He also checked the air pressure of the rest of my tires and placed the donut back into my car. After I paid, he let me know what their hours were and I told him that I would refer my friends & colleagues in the area because I appreciated his fast & efficient work/service. Thomas also greatly appreciated my tip, which I wish could've been more as I rarely carry cash on me these days. So, if you ever need a tire or need yours fixed, stop by and ask for Thomas! Took my car in for an oil change. Picked up the car, it was street parked without the mirrors…read moretucked in--and the mirror was stolen. They offered to fix the mirror (great!), went back to pick it up a week later and the mirror was brown/gold and clearly a different color than the original mirror. So now I have two mirrors that don't match. So I ask them to fix this with two mirrors that match, another week passes and finally get the car. I thought ok they finally fixed it, we can move on & all is well. Then, this week I get a notice of an unpaid ticket in the mail and the street markings/date are while this car was at this shop. They parked it during street sweeping and didn't bother paying the ticket or telling me about it. So now I'm stuck with a ticket, a mirror that still doesn't quite match the other one, and a month of a hassle over getting..an oil change.

Literally 5 hours later I discovered that my car was done on my own because I saw it out back - no one told me anything. It was hardly anyone of them than myself in the waiting room all this time and I heard loud shouting and arguing going on in the repair bays so I have no idea about the mechanics or their mindset. Frankly I have zero trust it was done correctly or that the tires were ever even balanced the way that they were supposed to be. I'm going on a very long drive up to New Hampshire and back this week and when I called their complaint line was told that someone would get back to me in 48 hours - but I need to have this actually addressed so I can have the tires that another location removed and balanced and put on properly by Monday morning. No promises are being made to me that this will be done in time or how that leaves me if I am driving long distances on tires not properly installed or that they will take any responsibility for shortened tire lifespan. On both occasions, Rey K. was the customer service rep. He communicated everything about the repairs up front and offered a fair price. The work was done efficiently and expertly using high-quality parts. I think it helps if you take advantage of their computerized system and order your repairs on the website, then call ahead in the morning to make sure they have the parts, before you go there. I ran around to 4 tire shops and no one had the Odd Size tire that this Rover calls for..... It was getting Late 5:45 Pm ...... So I googled Tire Shop near me and thank God L&C Tire Shop Came up; I called them Spoke with Agatha who was so polite & knowledgeable I explained my situation & gave her the tire size; she put me on hold for less then 2 minutes and told me she has the tire size... So i flew over there; they were slammed had 4 cars up on their sidewalk getting tires fixed as well; Agatha came out, grabbed my flat tire and rim, rolled it right into her guys and told me to sit tight 15 minutes I'll be out of there.... And Bam 15 minutes & $80. Bucks I was good to go i even had Agatha give me a quote for my coworker for brand new tires cause she's gonna need them real soon; great prices !!! Got a flat tire after midnight and was able to put some air with my portable air machine but air…read moresenor on car is telling me that Houston we have a problem so I was glad high Tek tires and flat fix was open 24/7 and less then a mile away .The dude who i spoke on the phone was honest before arriving after checking the tire said tire was in bad shape and putting a patch or plug would be a temporary fix but a new or use tire was the way to go .He recommend a Michelin tire that had very little thread wear for 120 bucks which included installation, balance , etc. Let's go for it and glad I did . Good honest tire shape and 24/7 hours was just what I needed after midnight. 4.5 stars on my yelp meter .

I arrived and received prompt, super fast, professional service for a reasonable price. Most of their tires are used not new but they are in decent condition. Cash only.
