Everytime I come here, they take way too long. How long does it take to make one regular size of Mac and cheese? For them, it takes 30 minutes. I always place pickup orders 10 minutes before I'm there and when I get there, I always have to wait an extra 20 minutes. Ridiculous!!! read more

This is the first time I came to this restaurant. It is over my exception, especially the apple juice. I have to say it is amazing for people who do not like much sweet drink with added sugar. The salad is salubrious that I would like to try again. By the way, I may think of not having the cheese cause I like more insipid food. Anyway, this would be a restaurant with surprises. read more

Another chain restaurant review. This particular location gets 3 stars. The layout is kind of odd and the staff could do a better job. But I'm happy with the recent menu change (for the most part) and my kid thought it was delicious! Ok so the layout: We parked and walked in, but apparently we parked on the wrong side and went in the back way. And the only way to get in line is through the front door. So rather than pushing around people, we walked out the front, and back in again. Odd. We ordered from a gal who really could try to smile or act happy to be alive. She seemed annoyed. Anyway, there's a new menu with lots of options! Although they did get rid of the flatbread which made me sad. I think the recipes have slightly changed too because the Mac and cheese was even cheesier than I remember. So good! Lastly I wish the staff member who brought our food out would have brought forks and napkins too. I have a toddler and had just gotten him settled in but had to get up and leave him alone at the table while I walked across the restaurant to get them myself. I was very uncomfortable leaving him alone, even for 10 seconds. You just never know in this world. So yea, overall enjoyable. Would return. read more

went there tonight for dinner,manager was SO rude and did not care about a concern I had about the service! also one girl was playing with her hair and never washed her hands and she was the person cooking my food 'GROSS' plus they are on the phones constantly! Unfortunately there doesn't seem to be a manager on location. The restaurant is horribly dirty with bowls that have appeared to be there all afternoon. Ate here tonight at around 7 pm. I had eaten at this location once around a year ago. I specifically chose to stay in Rogers tonight so I could eat here tonight. A lot has changed. I am unlikely to return. The regional or owner need to get in there for some surprise night shift visits asap! PROS: I ordered the Alfredo Montemore and it was almost prepared to standards. So the actual food was not bad..... not up to par, but not bad. CONS: Register was run by a person that was so excited to have a customer that she almost had a facial expression, but then her complete lack of life force took over and allowed her to go back to her catatonic state. Such a close call to consciousness must have been too much for her, because she allowed me to order tea which had clearly been empty for a time. When I asked if there was tea I was told that they really don't sell much tea so they would give me my money back rather than make some. (I am calling BS here... every noodles I have ever been in sells a lot of that tea... these kids just wanted closing to be easier). I drank Ginger Ale. The tables were covered in food. The restrooms were so bad that I walked to Starbucks and bought a coffee just to use their restroom instead. There was old colored liquid splattered all in the grout of the tile, the stainless towel holder was coated in a thick layer of hand gunk. There was trash all over the floor. Then on my way out I get to see one of the employees American Eagle underwear hanging 6" out of the top of his sagging pants in front of windows that were in desperate need of washing. Basically this was the first bad experience I have had in a Noodles and it was pretty bad. Uncleanliness just ruins a meal for me. Could have been worse, but bad none the less. read more

I went here with my family expecting to taste a generic soup restaurant attempting to be worldly. I was surprised at how great and how fresh the food tasted. And the price wasn't too bad either. The place has 3 different types of cuisine you can order from: Asian, Mediterranean, and American in two different sizes, Regular and Small. Everything is made when you order it. This is the greatest appeal to this place. The Pesto noodles were by far the best item on the menu. Super rich, creamy, and full flavored. The soups are pretty good here too. I'd recommend the Tomato Basil. Fresh food made to order for a decent price? I'm buying. read more

Mac and cheese with parmesan chicken is the only thing I get here. Very good flavor and the chicken is cooked just right. It is a little more expensive, but its better then anything nearby as far as fast food goes. Service is always friendly and helpful. The customer service is second to none. At chains like Noodles, you know exactly what you are going to get. The food is great every time and the service is always fast and friendly. Recently though, the customer service went way above and beyond. A female manager {didn't catch her name!} went out of her way in an awkward situation at the cash register. The appreciation and gratitude my husband and I have is overwhelming. Service always wins in my book. Had the pesto cavatappi and husband had BBQ chicken mac + cheese. We split the flat bread. However, the service and attention to detail can be slow and frustrating. I often modify my order I rarely receive the correct food. I find the the staff are not always trained well and there is not good quality control staff ensuring that orders are correct before they are delivered.
