To Whom It May Concern,…read more Today was one of the hottest days of the year, so instead of cooking, my family decided to pick up dinner from your Five Guys location at 301 Bayonne Crossing Way, Bayonne, NJ. When I entered the restaurant, I immediately noticed how extremely hot it was inside. I also noticed that the side door was propped open, so I asked one of the employees if the air conditioning was working. He told me it was not. There were three employees working--one on the grill, one cooking fries, and another preparing orders--all working under extremely hot conditions. They were visibly sweating, especially the employee on the grill. It was clear they were doing their best to provide excellent service despite the excessive heat. I find it unacceptable that employees are expected to work in these conditions without a functioning air conditioning system, particularly during dangerously hot weather. Their health and safety should be a priority. I hope someone from your corporate team looks into this matter immediately and ensures the air conditioning is repaired as soon as possible. These employees deserve a safe and comfortable work environment. I also hope the company recognizes their dedication and hard work during these difficult conditions.
