    MAC DADDY & SIDE

Went here on a Thursday around 1:30 and it was completely empty. The hostess/waitress said we could sit wherever we like. The interior was decorated for Christmas. We ordered shots and a beer which came out quickly. We both order black bean burgers. I got the Mac Daddy without bacon and the mac and cheese had little to no flavor. My date got the Ring the Alarm Veggie Burger, and said it was good. I got fries with mine and my date got onion rings. The fries and onion rings were delicious. Overall, the food was decent but I don't think the burgers were worth $20 each. I honestly don't think I'd come back here just based on the price and quality of food. Despite the waitress being kind and the service being good, I'd rather go elsewhere for a black bean burger.

Great burger, presented and cooked perfectly. Friendly service! Nice little place inside.

Visited this restaurant several years ago and tried the Mac and cheese burger with fries. It wasn't bad from what I remember and it was part of a weekly special they had. Service was fine and the restaurant itself is nice, a bit dark but I guess that's meant to set a certain mood. Parking is limited so that could be annoying but if I'm ever in the area and craving a burger, I'd probably go back! Side note: I found the pic from 2018 so I'm not sure if they still offer this

Pretty good place! Burgers were good, they had a gluten free bun option which was great!!!! Skip the regular fries, they're cardboard. Other wise good meal that satisfied the burger craving.

We had been here for early lunch around 11:30am Disinterested hostess, average food and ok ambiance Burgers are for $15 or more and come with no sides! Portion sizes are Ok, infact the burger buns are small like in Mac or Bk. May be its time of the day that we went here, but our experience was less than average!

A really good burger bar if that is the mood. The challah bread burger (the Meltdown) was different, but flavorful. Sweet potato fries was the cherry on top. The nachos were just ok- could have did without them. The place itself is not huge- so you may run into wait time depending on the time you go. Service was pleasant, and music was lit.

Bottom line is the burgers are delicious. I had the Mon Cheri with sweet potato fries and my husband had the ghostface killa with onion rings. Both were so good and the service was exceptional. I would definitely come back and try the other burgers, even the chicken sandwiches. The place is on the smaller side, but they were quick with seating us on a busy night.

First time here.. Unfortunately I did not order a burger but I did take a few bites of my husband's and it was amazing. Extremely juicy and flavorful. J did order the chicken Caesar salad which was delicious. Lots of chicken!! Nachos and Disco fries were very good also. Next time will definitely get a burger.

This burger bar left me wanting more! Looking for a solid burger spot I somehow found this place in crunch time with a minute to go in the game. AND, I was amazed by what this place offers. The super kind staff and helpful server I couldn't have asked for any more to top off the nice menu items. I like to order more than I can eat to really judge a place and not one item I ordered was bad. Solid wings, solid fries, solid pickle chips, solid lava cake, and super solid burger! BTW, I am a pickle chip fanatic and I reallyyyyy liked the way this spot made theirs. With a side or dill sauce it was a nice compliment to the Mac & Cheese burger. This picture perfect burger was flavorful in every way. Every item that made this up was a flavor burst in each bite. I am also a wing fanatic and these wings were moneyyyy! So when a place can make a great pickle chip, wing, fries and burger then you know dessert should be the finale... and what better than chocolatey, melty, gooey, warm lava cake with a cold scoop of ice cream! Come check this place out, you won't be disappointed =]

It was a very solid burger spot. It really reminded me of something from a bar, but not in a bad way. It was pretty cheap too for the burgers and would be a great happy hour spot! Service was fast and my boyfriend and I were out in about an hour. Which wasn't a bad thing considering it was like 8pm when we got there. The main room is more set up like a bar and had lots of tvs. I could see this being a good sports bars when football season starts or even baseball. Overall would come back if I needed a quick burger fix!

Never heard this concept before and first time here .. not a bad concept . You recharge ur card and tap and get a beer . No waitress , no bartenders . It's good in a way because you don't need to wait 5-10 mins for bartenders to attend you.. The collection of IPAs and beers were good . Wish they had more New England IPAs. Saw some Brooklyn ones , which isn't bad , but nothing as compared to New England ones . It was about 0.86 to 0.88 $ an ounce . When I poured half glass, it was about 5.2$ ! I think it is slightly expensive than other bars around . Food was also on the upper side . Wish they had some snacks or fries less than 8$ for everyone to munch something . Food ranged between 13-20$ .. interiors were good . Nice ambience and music. Very helpful employees. Super service . Good experience overall.. 4 stars ..

Initially, we sat in the back by the bar and ordered burgers but then we moved and decided to try the self pour option. What's cool about this place is that you can buy a card (reminded me of buying a game card at the arcade) and then scan your card at any of the taps to pour your own beer! There are plenty of options from lagers, IPAs, seltzers etc. It's a fun way to try something new!

Wine and beer are also on the menu, but the unique cocktails are the big draw. The space is narrow, basically one long bar taking up the entire floor plan. No tables, only stools at the bar for seating. There's literally no space for anything else. While I liked the theme overall, I personally wasn't blown away by my cocktails, and didn't love that they were priced over $20 when there was only soju instead of stronger spirits available. Plus the space is "charming" but maybe I'm getting too old for tiny, grungy East Village bars. Definitely a unique vibe, but if you're not actively seeking out a Japanese-themed bar, I wouldn't call this a must-visit.

Whether you're upstairs for the 3rd floor vibe, mid-level for the perfect sightline, or down in the cozy den with the best acoustics, this is New York sports bar energy: loud, a little brazen, impossibly welcoming. Taking off a star because I had a weird experience with the people at the front. I'm currently recovering from an injury and I'm in a pretty obvious neck brace. I was visiting with two people who were on their way and would be arriving in about 10-15 minutes and the people at the front told me I couldn't be seated until they arrived. I understand that this is normal protocol, but I pointed out my neck brace and asked if an exception could be made because it's significantly more comfortable for me to sit down (and there was no room at the bar). They said that their manager wouldn't let them do that, and that they couldn't seat me until the rest of my party was there. There were tons of table tables available the entire time and when my friend arrived about 12 minutes later, they seated us, I totally could've sat the whole time and it wouldn't have been a problem. Not the end of the world and I probably could've pushed it harder, but it definitely was a little awkward!
