The staff was welcoming, patient, and very attentive when answering my questions about the menu and their meats. I had also inquired about their chili beans, which is made in house, and the young lady kindly offered me a sample, which was delicious! That will probably be my new side. The market had me call the slaughterhouse directly and talk with the purveyor directly. My tenderloin came from animal processed just before Thanksgiving and delivered to the market in Jamestown for me to pick up. They also will process your game if you are a hunter. They also make their own sausages which are very good. I was told that a fair amount of customers want prime rib for the holiday season. They have a special additional refrigerator in back they use for the holidays. The storefront was clean and orderly. The gentleman at the counter was knowledgeable and friendly. What a great find!

When you cook them it's amazing how lean they seem to be. There isn't any extra fat in the pan that usually comes from other sausages you cook from grocery stores.
