It was the end of the season so I never took it back. This year I took it to Broadway Gulf and the experience couldn't have been more different, the owner was great with easy communication and they took the time to actually search what the problem was and replaced the relay. Was recommended to go here by a triple A worker when my car broke down. Felt that Danny was very nice and accommodating, however Lib was extremely rude to me. They fixed one problem with my car only sending me home with a different problem. I will never go back there even to fix the problem they caused. Also, when I went to pick up my car, someone was on top of the gas station roof dropping large piles of dirt to the ground not looking at who was walking by. My SUV, an '08 Explorer with 139,000 miles and a usual host of problems combined with my crap luck, has had to come in for numerous services and each time Bob and his crew have been nothing but TOP NOTCH. I live in a town with 4 different auto body shops and I'll still take the 15min drive every time to come see Bob because I know the job will get done professionally and I'll get a fair price. My 2005 Accord has been serviced regularly at the Honda dealership where it was originally purchased new. Out of fear and laziness after inheriting it 3 years ago, I continued this ignorant practice until last week when I took it to Danny at Broadway Sunoco for a second opinion. This time he saved me from over $1500 in unnecessary repairs which wouldn't even have solved the problem of my power steering issues. But the integrity and fair pricing of this business is not primarily what will bring me back again. What I appreciate most is the respect shown by treating me like an intelligent human being and not a helpless female in distress.
