    Tastings paired with tapas

If you are looking for a fun, family-owned boutique winery with EXCELLENT wines, then look no further. They pride themselves on their relationships with their customers, something they can accomplish due to lower production (vs. some of the big and more impersonal corporate-run wineries in the area). Their staff are friendly and accommodating, while their tasting room evokes that unique and intimate experience only a boutique winery like this can offer. They have a variety of little seating groups, in addition to a long bar for lively interactions with staff and other visitors. They are SO accommodating that they offer specialized wine club packages, such as Zinfandel only offerings. And while they do make AMAZING Zins and other reds, their white and sparkling wines are delicious too...even this confirmed Zin fan recently bought their reserve Chardonnay (and I usually never like this varietal--but theirs is lovely). If you are looking for a new wine club to try out or simply a place to stock up on amazing wines for the holidays, Brochelle should be your first choice.

I can't say enough about Brochelle Vineyards. Please don't let the industrial location deter you. Once inside, it is comfortable (even IG-worthy), but what really sets them apart from other wineries is the quality of their wines. If you go in for a tasting, please say hi to Melissa. She is knowledgeable & passionate about the wines, & she is just plain sweet!

Such a cute spot. If you are ever in Paso Robles and want to go to a smaller winery highly recommend Brochelle. It is smaller compared to the bigger vineyards around. They do have limited seating. You can make a reservation prior to going. I did since I went on a weekend that another vineyard near by was having an event. Glad I did since it was a bit busier than other days. When I went it was their Zen Fest 2024 so their tasing menu was limited. One of their pairings came with a small portion of Paella, which was really delicious. Their tastings were really good. Their Zin was my favorite. All their workers were really sweet and knowledgeable about the owners and the wine. Love it when they know. Also when I see they enjoy their job. Can't wait to go back.

What an absolute delight! My parents have been ordering cases of Brochelle Zinfandel for the past 10+ years (always a special occasion treat when they'd open a bottle to share) and we finally made it out to visit the tasting room. We were early to our reservation, but were greeted warmly by the wonderful Angela who had us take a seat by the fireplace and get comfortable while she finished up with another couple at the bar. Angela walked us through the tastings one at a time, and we loved every single sip we had. We spent over an hour there, chatting and laughing with Angela while she detailed the wines, the history of the winery and owners, and her connection to the family. Our family walked away with a few bottles, an extended membership and a continued appreciation for this wonderful boutique winery and Angela!

What a lovely stop! Great wines! Great hospitality!

Great wines and hospitality! Loved it! Beautiful atmosphere! Loved the bubbly, Melissa was so wonderful!

Custom made pairing with chocolate and wine over seen my Melissa and her amazing taste and style. .

Melissa piini was amazing as usual she continues to be an amazing educator on these amazing wines and her pairing ideas and flavors consistently blow my mind. I will continue to come back and bring my family and friends to enjoy this beautiful place and to share with them the incomparable hospitality of Melissa and her unmatched taste and pairings.

Such a VIBE! Picture worthy! A true lounge place to wine down or turn up with your partner or friends enjoying great wine. Our host was very friendly and accommodating. Cant wait to visit again.

Incredible experience! We knew we would like it b/c we met the wonderful owners, Brock and Michelle, a couple of weeks before visiting BROCHELLE (their ZIN and CHARDONNAY are so good!) We walked in on a Saturday around 12:45 thinking we would stay about an hour (on our way to Pismo for the weekend). However, we were in for a couple of hours of wine tasting, fun and friends!!! Deb served us and entertained us like no other (go on a weekend so you meet her!). We tasted. We talked. We shared recipes and we made a new friend. But Mary is also so sweet! This place is an oasis in the midst of a dry land. Go. That's all. Just go.

This was my first visit to Brochelle Vineyards, and I was absolutely blown away, not just by the wine, but by the amazing experience Deb created. From the moment we walked in, she made us feel welcomed and relaxed. Her personality is truly one of a kind warm, genuine, and full of charm. Deb is what made the day unforgettable. Brochelle is so lucky to have her! I'm already looking forward to coming back and bringing friends next time.

Deborah and Mary are AMAZING... Great wine, ambiance, hospitality. We're definitely coming back

These I.E. girls found a lil gem in Paso Robles... Deborah and Mary were AMAZING! Great ambiance, wine and hospitality

Brochelle was recommended to us by some locals while visiting another winery after noting we liked big reds. Brochelle, named for its two owners, Brock and Michelle, delivered just those. The tasting room is located in an industrial complex. Though it may seem like you're in the wrong spot, you'll find some signs guiding you to the tasting room to let you know that you're on the right track. Once you arrive you're greeted by a big sign for the winery and an enclosed outdoor tasting patio, then through the doors to the swanky and upscale tasting room. We were the only two customers inside and opted to sit at the bar. We were helped by both Shelby and Rachel, who were great hosts and super fun to chat with! We chatted with them throughout the entire tasting and got some more recs for the weekend from them too! We enjoyed most of the wines that we tasted. My favorites were the Cab and Zin, and ended up coming home with a bottle of the 2019 cab.

The patio is a beautiful spot to taste, and if you're there later in the day, the sunset views are hard to beat. Definitely do the free cave tour while you're there. It's one of the coolest winery tours I've been on. The caves are a massive labyrinth carved into the hillside and naturally stay around 55 degrees year round, which is where they age a lot of their wine before bottling. Even if you've been to a lot of wineries, this is something a little different. At the time I'm writing this, tastings are still complimentary, which is almost unheard of these days. If you go, do them a favor and leave with a bottle or two. That's how places like this are able to keep offering experiences like this, and honestly, you'll probably want to take some wine home anyway.

My first experience with Sean was excellent, but on later visits I noticed a significant difference in his customer service when he wasn't directly serving me.
