So I saw the ad in the pennysaver at work. Made an appt for decompression. Now I have literally every spinal affliction known to man, except for a fracture or rupture. Dr. Brock reviewed my paperwork, we discussed. He said decompression wasn't for me since I'm not currently showing/ suffering from disc problems. He used a 'rapid release' gizmo on me, explaining that it stimulates muscles to release old scar tissue, relax, etc.... Kinda thought it sounded too good to be true, but after being treated for a few minutes (feels like a very intense, concentrated massager), and getting adjusted, I could TOTALLY feel the difference. I had (HAD) huge amounts of scar tissue in my neck cuz my curve is reversed. Like it was crunchy amounts of scar tissue. It was reduced by at least 60%. But wait. I explained how much I loved my last chiro, but that I couldn't afford him any more. He offered, since I do need regular chiropractic assistance, that if he made it affordable to my budget, would I come in regularly? Seriously?!? If I can afford it, you couldn't keep me out! I came across Brock chiropractic from yelp. Most ppl go for back or neck pain. In my case, I had right knee pain and at times hips . I struggle with plantar fasciitis for many years and I thought it was effecting now my knees. I didn't know what else to do. Already tried physical therapy and exercises everyday but it never went away. One of my last resort was ok, let's try something diff, maybe a chiropractor would understand somehow better? I have had back issues for the past couple years due to school and because I sleep funny. Ever since I've gone to Dr. Brock I feel a lot better and I don't have pain nearly as much. His office is very laid back, which I think makes it a much more relaxing envirmonment especially for those who are afraid or have a hard time at the chiropractors. Dr. Brock is very gentle and makes your visit very enjoyable. The entire office staff is excellent and make you feel very welcome there. I've been coming to Dr. Brock's for about a month now. I am college football player and have been playing football my whole life.I've also had a major back surgery on my L4 vertebrate a few years ago. Over the years my back pain and neck pain have come at times almost unbearable to even get out of bed, let alone practice. So far in the last month I have re gained range of motion in my neck I lost for ever from excessive hitting and lifting. This is a review mainly for the massage therapists. I have been going for several years and all the therapists Dr. Brock hires are friendly. Some like Lizi and Chrissie stand out as being really good at deep tissue pressure point massage, which I always need for my huge knots! The office decor is nicely done and relaxing, table is comfortable and they play relaxing music. I can usually get in within the week when I call. They have good hours. My husband likes going to Dr. Brock for adjustments so he would give him a thumbs up.
