I've had multiple negative experiences with this cleaners, and unfortunately it's become a pattern. Every time I bring in a jacket or blazer, buttons go missing. Most recently, I took in a Donna Karan jacket that originally cost about $100. When I picked it up, two buttons were missing, and on top of that, one of my blouses came back stained black, which was not an issue when I dropped it off. I understand that accidents can happen, but repeated issues like missing buttons and stained clothing show a lack of care and quality control. Just dropped off clothes at 3:30 pm 11/28/25 and the cashier Adriana was so rude she wanted to give me back my belt's I asked to speak to the Manager and I need the number and she said Google it!!! Our family have been a loyal customer of this cleaners for the past 8 years, and it's truly incredible how one experience can completely change your perspective on a business. My husband had a flight scheduled for Sunday morning 3/16/25, and while running our final travel errands on Saturday evening, we realized we forgot to pick up his dry cleaning--his travel clothes were still there! I called the cleaners about 7 minutes before closing time (6:00 pm), and a female staff member answered. I explained the situation and told her our son was on his way and would be there in about 10 minutes, about 3 minutes past closing time. She immediately responded that they close at 6 pm and would not wait. I kindly asked if she could just give us those few extra minutes, but she was incredibly rude, repeating that they closed at 6 pm and would not accommodate us. My son called me at 6:01 pm, saying he could see a woman inside the cleaners, but the door was locked. He knocked, hoping she would answer, but instead, she turned off the lights and left through the back door. We were absolutely shocked by how rude she was. She had two choices--she could have been helpful and understanding, or she could choose to be unaccommodating and unkind. Unfortunately, she chose the second option. Disgusting and Uncaring!!! I have a older dog who had an accident on my comforter. I took it to Bronco on Tustin showed them the spot we marked it. I paid $16 for them to clean it. I pick it up and find they have been disrespectful. I am wondering since it took the owner over a month to respond to them ruining on of my brand new worn only one time $24 dollar tops if my account is flagged after this fiasco. Angeline finally called me back after 4 complaints via phone call over my top being ruined by them. Oh.. but once I posted on YELP that forth week she called right away. Offered to pay but never followed through. Never! So is my account flagged? Is this some sick form of retaliation? Hey... I've used Bronco Cleaners for many years and I've always been pleased. Their prices are reasonable and their service is great. I took in my fav light tan blazer with a stain and they removed the stain and my blazer looks brand new. Their customer service is outstanding. I've gone to other places and the service does not compare. Don't waste your time looking for a dry cleaner. Just go to Bronco. My only gripe, with ALL DRY CLEANERS, is their hours. They usually close at 6 pm and most working folks don't get out of work until 5:00 or 5:30 so that's not enough time to get to the cleaners. Wish they closed a tad later. read more

I came in at 10:00am and asked if they could press a suit for me while I wait. The girl behind the counter said no, but if I drop it off I can pick it up by 4pm. I said Ok and dropped it off. I came back at 4:00pm and was told that it wouldn't be ready until 5:30pm. I was upset, but I need the suit for a very important interview the next morning. I literally waited in the parking lot an hour and a half! I came back in right at 5:30pm and was told that my suit wasn't ready but that I could pick it up tomorrow. Um, NO! Negative 10 stars. This place WILL ruin your garments. I brought about 15 pieces here and upon inspection of my items after the service and before I left the store, I noticed that there were stains everywhere on my items. It's like they put the in the cleaning without treating any spots and stains. A hand full of garments were also ruined by them and they failed to return all of my items on time but charged me for everything. I didn't even get the starch I requested!! I had to return many different days to get items piece by piece and I am still missing a Ralph Lauren sweater from them. I wish they can be help accountable as the lady worker seems not to care and rolls her eyes as I explain my items are still stained and some are now ruined! My family have been customers of Bronco Cleaners since they started. I was always 100% satisfied with their prices, customer service and quality of service. So much so that when I moved up to Los Angeles, I still brought my cleaning down to them. Unfortunately that means I often cannot get there to pick up my items for a few months. On my last trip I brought in my winter things to be cleaned, and explained that it might be a few months until I could come back for them. They told me this was not a problem, and they would call me if it became one. I left ALL my winter items there, feeling they were in good hands. Some were my mothers and have great sentimental value. When I returned to pick up my items not only could they not find my items, they automatically went on the defensive saying they are not responsible for my items after a month. Never once did they say they were sorry, or offer to look for them, or offer a refund, nor did they ever call me once to say they were getting rid of my clothes, or to tell me they've lost them. When I called back to see if my items turned up, they still were very rude and dismissive. I am heartbroken over the loss of my favorite sweaters. They belonged to my mom and are irreplaceable. I brought in a jacket in for dry cleaning, there were clear cleaning instructions labeled on the jacket and was able to confirm this with the cashier. A few days later I came back for the pickup and found the color was bleached to other parts of the jacket. After some discussion with the owner, he said he would take the jacket in for lab examination. A few weeks later he provided no explanation and offered a $5 refund. I was trying to see the time this dry cleaners closed and stumbled on these bad reviews. I went to next morning with the idea to really pay attention. 1. This place is spotless and there has never been a line. 2. This is my 4-5th using this spot. 3. Each item is $2 to dry clean, they don't play games like other cleaners(on Tustin and Katella) and over charge you without saying anything and when you question say, "oh that is special hard to clean fabric", they just count the items and multiply by $2. That is a great price. 3. I brought my 4 items in around 8 and they said they would be back by 5, same day. 4. Never had a missing item or stain from the cleaning. 5. I have now dealt with 3 cashiers and they have all been fine. Thought I would give this place a try. Picked up my clothes and they didn't even look like they were cleaned! My dress shirt looked like it was put back on the hanger after being waded up in a bag-it wasn't even pressed. My dress had the worst iron creases on it-all the way around!
