They said the job would be done in four hours but it took him all day to try and figure out the rear window because even though he says he's tinted the Tesla rear window in one piece it's not true since he pulled the film off the back windshield and in the process pulled the rear defroster removing the film multiple times. Which caused me to have to get the whole rear window replaced Thankfully he paid to replace it but wasted time and money going with this guy. So I wouldn't waste my time there again.

Katzkins scheduled my install at Andrizo Trucktoyz…read more This was mid October , 2025. 1) When I dropped off my truck, I had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to show up at the counter. 2) They messed up the spring in my rear cup holer and left it like that without mentioning it to me. I saw it when I got home and I took it apart and fixed it. It was very apparent that they didn't know what they were doing or how to fix it after they let the inner spring detach. 3) While I was fixing that, I noticed that the bolt caps on rear of the drivers seat had the tabs broken off and were just sitting in the space, because they fell out when I got in the truck. When I contacted them, I was told that they don't discuss diagnostics over the phone and wanted me to come in. I told them I had already fixed it and it was obvious that they didn't know what they were doing. 4) Today, I got new tires and noticed a rattle from the passenger side, when I looked, the screws that hold the seat in were not tightened, so the seat was rattling. Avoid at all costs, If I could give 0 stars I would.

Unfortunately, after driving 45 minutes and planning my day around the appointment, I showed up only to be told they had overbooked themselves and couldn't take my car. I even offered to leave it for the day since I didn't need it until later, but they were also out of the tint percentage I wanted. The current owner is a 1 man shop and not very good at wrapping a car and even worse at customer service to follow thru on corrections. I made multiple phone calls that led nowhere, just Jeff's usual song and dance. I took it to a few other wrap shops to see about correcting the issues and they literally laughed at the work performed. I am having the car redone at another shop that is reputable. If you value your projects that you want wrapped, I highly recommend finding a different shop.
