The manager, Tony, offered zero apology, zero solutions, and at one point responded to our concerns with, "What do you want me to do?" The only suggestion was to split our group into booths--completely pointless for a large-party reservation, especially on a holiday. We solved the problem ourselves by going to Cafe Borgia, where Karen immediately seated us and provided excellent service and food. They saved our Christmas Eve. Livio's made it clear they don't value reservations or their customers. Message received. We won't be back.
