This is cute little place. They have several inviting vegan options. Staff were friendly and helpful with suggestions. The curry soup looked rather boring but was delicious. A good curry but just a few pieces of vegetable. The Buffalo cauliflower wrap was good, albeit all cold. The restaurant itself was cold in temperature so the wrap would have been perfect on a warm day. The complementary glass bottle of water brought to the table was a standout and appreciated. Would help to have prices listed on menu and displays, take food out of to go containers for those eating in. Went back for banana bread. Small yummy loaf, vegan and gluten free. Love this place! I've tried and absolutely love the red curry soup and cucumber salad. I also liked the lemon chicken orzo soup. But as a flexeterian I generally shy away from meat. My only negative of the soup was it was greasy from the chicken, but certainly good regardless. Kate's food has excellent flavor. Fantastic! Portions and prices are fair. A great find for vegetarians and vegans. Wife and I loved the hipster farm kitchen decor. Kate was gregarious and friendly. The food was wholesome and quite good. My wife had a wrap which was good. But the real winner was the vegan BLT with the eggplant "bacon" . . . I am already dreaming of having it again. Also, the potato salad was INSANEly good. I got the southwest chicken wrap and found it to be incredibly bland. I was expecting a bit more smokiness from the anchos but I couldn't even taste it. Definitely needs more spice & a tad more salt. The potato salad was meh. I'll leave it at that. The banana bread was the saving grace. That was actually good. Overall, I probably won't order food from here again. If you like bland food, you'll love the southwest wrap, that's for sure read more

Chef Kate makes some bomba** food. The staple soup- chicken with optional orzo is soulfully delicious. And she rotates a second soup that changes every week! She has quite a few ready made wraps and sides for a quick meal. And every Tuesday she offers 2 carry out meals. But, my absolute favorite thing- the Buffalo cauliflower wrap. I get it on a bed of lettuce (my friend Bre got me hooked) and a side of her ranch. Don't like ranch? Me neither- but Chef Kate's ranch is otherworldly! Our kids live in Crown Point. Yesterday on our way out of town we stopped at what we thought was just a gluten free bakery; it is not. This is a restaurant with nice people, fresh food and they can accommodate so many different dietary restrictions. My SIL had a mid afternoon meal that was delicious. The quinoa salad with roasted brussel sprouts, sweet potato and cranberries was so tasty. There were 2 soup options. We both chose lemon chicken. Mine without orzo. They add the pasta after so that those who cannot eat gluten (myself) can have. The wrap we shared was made with a spinach gf wrap, turkey, Gouda, cranberry Orange aioli. All the food was delicious! What an adorable cafe and the food was delicious! I had the VBLTA - vegan eggplant sandwich. It was spicy and delicious. Layered with eggplant bacon, lettuce, tomato and ancho chili aioli. Very tasty! Then I had a side of pasta salad with pasta, spinach, olives and artichokes. It was really flavorful. I am going to take the vegan blonde brownie to go and I can update on how great that is. They also had a vegan black bean soup that I will have to try another time. So many delicious things that I will definitely be back. They don't get the 5th star for not being 100% vegan and for no other reason. We tried the vegan wrap and the organic Thankful Turkey Wrap. Both were very good. The place is small and cute. They are supposed to have some regular items but the menu will change. My husband and I recently moved close to the square in CP and have made this place our weekly tradition for the past five weeks. We have NEVER been disappointed with the food quality/portions or the service. Kate and all of her employees are so welcoming, friendly, and informative of what they're serving. I am allergic to dairy and prefer to not eat meat, and the vegan options are diverse and satisfy my hunger. My husband is an occasional meat eater who avoids dairy and he has very much enjoyed almost every item on the menu. What keeps us coming back every week are the new weekly selections and the delicious kombucha. It's very fun to see the open kitchen and the dining area is always clean.
