This place has been an absolute nightmare from the moment we signed up. The initial installer told…read moreus from the get go that we did not have a good setup for this service but said he could make it work and drilled a hole in our wall to make it work. After putting it next to our washer and dryer, up against the wall and a terrible installation, it leaked all over and has ruined the dry wall and other parts of the home on top of causing the last two water bills to increase 300% of what we were paying before installation. When we had a tech come out to check and "fix" the problem, he told us he took a bunch of pictures and attached them to the service report and that PureH2O would send a certified contractor out to estimate the cost of repairs and get it done for us. All we wanted was for them to take the system back because we hadn't made a payment on the system as of that time. We were told "do not wait for the company to call you, stay on them and they will take care of it". They claim to have fixed the leak so we started the process to get the home fixed. (We wanted out of the whole entire process but they told us there was only a 3 day return policy which makes no sense because we didn't know the extent of the damage and leak until we received our first water bill at $160 for the month. Upon discussing the options with them they continually told us "we will make this right". Since that conversation, a service manager came out and tried to tell us all of the ways we needed to cut into our air ducts or wall to provide a new space to put the system. When we refused to adjust the integrity of our house they said the system could stay where it is and we shouldn't have any more problems with it. After speaking to another person this morning, they told us that all of the things we said happened didn't happen and that the people who serviced our system did not take pictures and told them there was no damage to the home. (We have pictures and video and both service techs stated they took pictures and saw the damage as well). They also stated the original installer put in the report that there was no dryer or washer when they installed the system which was a complete lie that we have proof of. Long story short, this company sucks and I would not recommend. They will lie to you, try to turn the blame on you, and not honor anything that they tell you they will do to "make it right". Part of my short term goals in my life now is to make sure no one else falls victim to this criminal company. Do not do business with this company, you will regret it.

I was genuinely interested in the products and fully prepared to spend approximately $5,000 if I felt confident in both the company and the solution. When the representative arrived, I explained that my husband works from home but was unavailable and not interested in participating. Instead of speaking with me, the person who scheduled the appointment and was prepared to make a purchasing decision, the representative said it was company policy that both homeowners needed to be present. I encouraged him several times to continue the presentation, but he refused. We sat in awkward silence at my kitchen table while he waited for my husband. Throughout the appointment, I felt like I was barely acknowledged, despite being the customer who had requested the consultation and was ready to discuss the purchase. I left feeling discriminated against because I am a woman making decisions about my own home. Whether this is truly company policy or not, the way it was applied made me feel as though my opinions and purchasing authority were not enough without my husband's involvement/approval. When I ultimately declined the offer, the representative abruptly gathered his things and left without even saying goodbye to me. In the end, I chose not to purchase because of how I was treated. A company willing to lose a $5,000 sale rather than engage respectfully with the person who scheduled the appointment and was prepared to make the decision should seriously reconsider how it treats prospective customers.

He presented all my options. Gave me his suggestions, when asked. And had me fixed up on Monday. (He even offered to work on Saturday if the leak got worse.) I searched for plumbers but regular plumbers don't fix well pumps but one plumber said I needed to search for well pump repair. So I did and I was lucky to have found Dale, the owner. He answered my call right away and came over, found the problem and fixed it right away. It was an electrical problem with the pressure pump ($50) inside the house and not the pump outside ($2500). I was so happy. Then he turned the water back on and immediately the pump blew spewing water into my basement! He was quick to turn the water back off. He turned the 20 year old pump over and noticed a hole that had been a time bomb waiting to flood my basement. Dale told me that he had a pressure pump at his shop and could go get me one and replace it tonight. So, 45 minutes later he returned with a brand new pump and had it installed with the water on to the house in 20 minutes!! I am so grateful that I found this man!! He only charged me for the pump and his regular service fee. He didn't gouge me for coming out on a Sunday either!! I would highly recommend Scheidegger's Pump Service for ANY water well issue you may have!!!
