Just want to say they went above and beyond. Great experience. When you take your car in pick it up drive it home. And notice after looking at it not only the windshield was done they replaced some damaged trim pieces. Must of had extra parts around but truly amazing. 10 stars not 5 read more

added a casement window to replace a difficult to reach kitchen window in our park model. it looks great and the fit is perfect. it took a little bit of time to get here (covid?), but the wait was worth it. Took our 40' RV to them for a front window replacement. Very prompt and helpful. Spent the day enjoying Brookings, and then, as agreed, we spent the night in our rig. They offered water and power. I would give more stars if they allowed me to. This company is outstanding. The owner came and gave a bid for 8 ft slider with build in pet door. Price was much less than expected. Thought maybe low quality material so owner (Scott, I think) had us come to the shop to see other examples. Very well built and high quality materials. Of course there was a wait because of supply issues all across the US not the company's fault. They showed up on the date and time they promised (rare in Brookings). The two men sent to do the job were very nice, polite, professional and clean. The cleaned up as they went along to keep the mess at a min and cleaned up before they left.They ran into several unforeseen problems upon expanding the opening for the slider. But they fixed and addressed each problem properly and efficiently and explained the issues and repairs as they went along. Even with the problems the price remained the same. Everything was put back together perfectly and the header and Frame around the door is now done properly and sturdy. This company is number one for glass, windows and doors in our book. This is our second experience with them each one perfect. Will be using them again for some other new doors and windows. read more

They replaced all our windows in our 2 story home over 10 years ago. They did a very good job on a difficult structure and I have zero complaints. The windows still work as new and have made the old house feel more like a real home. read more
