I was called about a week before our appt to let me know that Cody would be out of town and I could have either Monday or noon on Tuesday just before the original appt. I took Tuesday since I was busy on Monday. I was called by Brandy that morning and asked if I still wanted the appointment (??!) and I said yes. I put the dogs up at noon and we waited. I expected maybe a phone call if they needed extra instructions on getting here or to tell me they were late. I never heard anything at all, no call, no nothing, nobody ever showed up and nobody bothered to call.
