I recommend not to come starving that way you have time to look at the menu to really find something good and unique and not just something familiar because they have a lot of unique sandwiches to choose from. Under the Breakfast Signature EggWhiches option I got the Rio Grande that comes with jalapeño cream cheese, choice of meat & egg. I chose the french toast bagel because I've never had a French toast bagel (again trying something unique) and it surprisingly went well with the Rio Grande. This eggwhich was soo good and flavorful. I don't know if the flavor was coming from the jalepeno cream cheese, the French toast bagel or combination of both but I highly recommend this combo. My husband got the Italian Stallion sandwich from the lunch menu which he enjoyed as well. Both of our sandwiches were big and filling. I had to save half of mines for later & it was still good a few hours later. Besides the food options from the menu there are fresh pastries, a-lot chips & drinks selection, cold meats, grab & go deli options & cheese spreads to purchase. The staff were all so friendly. The owners mother was helping out during our visit and she was very warm and friendly. I love supporting family run business. Seeing "Brooklyn" in the name of this place is what led me to trying this spot. Feels like it may only be "New York" in name because this definitely didn't feel like any bodega or deli I've been to up north. Bacon, egg, and cheese was solid even though the bagel was okay. The cinnamon raisin bagel with honey walnut cream cheese was decent too. Service wasn't anything to write home about. read more

Bagels are big and chewy. Precisely the way I like them. I often buy a Baker's dozen and freeze them immediately. They keep very well and defrosted taste almost good as new. Good assortment of bagel types. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pastrami is not very good so would avoid that. read more

Bagels are always a great breakfast choice! First time in this Sandy Springs location and it was a very nice experience. Arrived around 9:30am and it was quiet, just a few costumers waiting at the order area. Ordering was smooth and fast. I got a classic egg, cheddar and ham sandwich on a sesame bagel and it was really good. I also got a blueberry one to go and also delicious. Service and staff are very friendly. Was excited to try this newer addition to Sandy springs! You walk in and went to try everything. Fridge cases are lined with yogurts and shmears to take home. The baked good case tempted me to get a massive cinnamon roll - they said made in store. I got bagels to take home as well that were good. I liked the variety of flavors. Doughy, undercooked, lacking crunch, flavor...and just the not buttery, crispy experience I was hoping for. Service was fine, though. Friday morning, line was long but went quickly. Service was attentive but it took a long time to receive my order. The bagel was good, close to NY style but outer layer is still not as crunchy. Went in to grab breakfast, the place wasn't very busy but the food looked good and fresh. Grab my order and head 15 mins away to work only to see I was given the completely wrong order. I called and the person that answered really had no solution outside of leaving work to comeback so they could remake it. Even then I had to drag that resolution out of them. could not believe my experience at Brooklyn Bagel!!! I ordered a dozen bagels and when I got home to serve them, 6 of them were so burned I could not serve them!!! How they could have the nerve to sell them like that!! of course by the time I got home they were closed!! I took the burned bagels back and the manager said "maybe a trainee filled my order"!!!! I have loved Brooklyn bagels ever since we moved to GA in 2020. We were down in Sandy Springs this morning and I realized there was a location 10 minutes from us. I placed an order online through toast and went on over. There is plenty of seating inside and everything looks new and fresh. They have just opened and are clearly still ironing out the kinks, but the staff was friendly and the food was delicious. We got a blueberry bagel with strawberry cream cheese for my girls and it was a huge hit. We picked up some pastrami sandwiches for lunch later, and a bagel sandwich for me. I was just at another location on Monday and what I will say is the egg and ham seemed very very skimpy at this location in comparison. There really was a stark difference. They both tasted great, but the shape of the bagel was very different (Sandy springs being much much thicker than Brookhaven was) and the amount of egg especially was disappointing today. Nonetheless, I will absolutely be back. The love for Brooklyn bagel runs deep in our house. Definitely give them a try (and lots of grace since they opened recently). read more

Didn't have high expectations from a bagel shop in Atlanta, but this place is legit good. First, the bagels are really big. Really soft on the inside and crunchy outside - tastes freshly made. I got the New York three-way sandwich on an everything bagel and the pastrami and corned beef were incredibly tender and delicious and paired with a bagel was excellent. They even have pizza bagels and different types of breakfast sandwiches and lunch sandwiches so definitely worth a try. I'll be back. read more

I gave this place 2 chances and both were terrible and disappointing. First time, the sandwich they brought was haphazardly thrown together and super thin. The female manager came by and asked how it was and I was honest that it was bad. She laughed, tapped me on the shoulder and walked away. She and the owner then looked right at me and did nothing. Came back a 2nd time thinking it could be better - wrong. They brought me the wrong wrap and then clearly just took the stuffing out of the wrong one and threw it in a cold stale other wrap. It was awful and I asked for a refund because i was done. No one even tried to better the experience. The same lady manager came by and asked me how it was this time. I told her what happened and she just walked away - no sorry, no let me help, no i can't believe this happened to you 2x - nothing! I will never go back! Horrible service and my food was subpar 2x.
