The place gets busy, and I waited about 15-17 minutes for my food. Not a bad wait, but ordering ahead definetly saves time. The first thing you'll notice is the size. These bagels are huge. I ate my Rio Grande around 10 a.m. and wasn't hungry again until about 4 p.m., so they're definitely filling. I saved the smoked salmon bagel for the next morning, toasted it, and added the salmon creme cheese back on, and it was just as delicious. Overall, Brooklyn Bagel Company is a solid breakfast and deli spot with several locations around Atlanta. After trying a place with "Brooklyn" in the name, I'm genuinely curious what separates a good bagel from a great one. I finally understand why people are so passionate about them.
