This review is for catering. We were all treated to a breakfast that was sent by someone who wanted to do something special for us. They did a fabulous job and the feast they provided was enjoyed by all of us. I indulged in a giant blueberry muffin that was the size of my head, and it was loaded with blueberries. They didn't skimp that's for sure, as there was a blueberry in every bite. This hasn't been my favorite bagel chain, but I have to give credit where credit is due. I will consider using them in the future if I need to cater an event, or just do something nice for a group of people. read more

A pretty good bagel place. They say it's the water, IDK about that, maybe NY style bagels. The egg sandwiches are very good. Eggs are scrambled , but fluffy. Quick pace, in and out in about 10 minutes, unless you call ahead. Plenty of tables and ample parking. Coffee choices are plentiful, cold or hot. And very good. But my fiancé lovessssss the corned beef hash bagel so if that's your thing - it's definitely worth a try! Quick service with so many coffee choices. I came in for the complimentary birthday sweet and enjoyed it with a great cup of iced coffee. The choices were a variety of different roasts and even a decaf choice. Next came the creamer flavors. Everything from French vanilla, hazelnut cream, and Irish cream to the usual plus almond milk. Then, on to the pumper of chocolate syrup or simple syrup. There are also ice cubes that are coffee flavored. It all went very well with my double chocolate chip cookie. I was craving a bagel and lox for a light lunch and this place came up in yelp as being nearby. You order and pay at the counter -- and they bring your food to your table. There weren't any printed menus available to browse, just a not very well lit wall list of offerings. As there was a line behind me, I just selected a bagel with nova cream cheese. My husband ordered an everything bagel with the same cream cheese. Plus, we asked for one soft drink -- it's self-serve on the side of the room. It didn't take very long to get our food. As I looked at my bagel, however, I noticed that there wasn't the slightest bit of pink in my cream cheese -- especially compared to my husband's bagel. So, I returned it to the counter. They were nice enough to redo my bagel -- and even toasted it this time as previously requested and added in some of the correct cream cheese with some nova lox. We were hungry and it was food, so we ate it, but frankly it was a bit disappointing. I don't know if it is the "Brooklyn water" advertised heavily here or what. If you're looking for a good bagel, this is a good place! They have a wide variety of bagels to choose from ranging from egg, salt, onion, everything, whole wheat everything, asiago, plain, cinnamon raisin, etc. They also have a bunch of cream cheeses that you can choose from such as scallion, nova, strawberry, plain, etc. I usually opt for the Asiago bagel with scallion or nova cream cheese and ask for it toasted. Their iced coffee here is good, the cubes are made of coffee. You can go to the self serve area and construct your iced coffee. They have a bunch of muffins to choose from as well and some breakfast bagel sandwiches! The sandwiches are good and are pictured in this review but I would recommend going for a regular bagel with some cream cheese. read more

We stopped in here today for lunch, having been to their other locations, we wanted to check this one out as well. There is parking available in this strip of stores and you might luck out and find one close by. We placed our orders and were given a numbered marker for the table. I ordered a Whole Wheat Everything Bagel toasted with Nova cream cheese spread. My wife ordered a Plain bagel (since they don't offer Rye bagels - her favorite), with the Nova cream cheese spread also. Our orders took a few minutes to arrive table side. my bagel was correct nut my wife's bagel just had plain cream cheese (sans Nova). We checked the receipt and saw that we were both charged for the Nova spread so my wife took hers back to the counter. The manager made a new bagel for her and delivered it with apologies. The place was busy but not in the middle of a rush, so you'd think the kitchen would actually read the ticket for each order more carefully. read more

My entire experience here from start to finish was chaotic, the staff is unpleasant and incredibly loud. While we were checking out the cashier just walked away from us without saying anything. This may be the most delicious bagel I've had in ages. And that was just for a plain bagel with Nova lox cream cheese! Open and airy with great old black and white photos covering the walls. Good selection of coffees along with a dispenser with a great selection of creamers, none of those awful tiny creamers. Excellent service from the fellow who took my order to the woman who walked around asking if everything was ok. Calling all New Yorkers! Brooklyn Water Bagel now has Carnegie Deli corned beef and pastrami sandwiches. Kind of ironic because the original Carnegie Deli has been closed for a few years (RIP). Luckily for those of us living in south FL, the legacy lives on and we can now enjoy the best - and I do mean the very best - corned beef sandwiches available. I stopped the BWB for lunch with a couple of buddies and we feasted on these behemoths. With the NY-style prices ($15 for 1/2 lb sandwich without any sides and a whopping $30 for a full lb sandwich) along with the fabulous taste, you'll feel fully transformed back to the Carnegie Deli. I would have attached a picture to this review but my mouth started watering the minute I saw the tempting CB sandwich and my brain couldn't think about anything else. I dove right in and didn't stop until my plate was clean. Plus, I don't think the sandwich would have fit into a single picture (although I did manage to fit it into my gaping mouth!) This place is located off Congress Ave about a mile North of Boynton Beach Blvd. The bagels here were excellent. Got the plain, everything, and cinnamon raisin. I always get a plain the first time to compare to other places. Compared to other bagels in the area I like these. They were $1.45. The everything bagel had a lot on it (see photo). I posted photos of the current menus. There was a review that complained about the cold cuts used but apparently they may have fixed that with the Carnegie Deli corned beef and pastrami. Wow, what a unique place! First of all, their coffee set up is very different: you're given a cup and you go to the coffee section to create your own coffee. They have differently brewed types, such had vanilla caramel, banana brown sugar butter, and then your regular ones. Then when you add ice, the cubes are actually frozen coffee so it doesn't dilute your drink! Then you have the creamer options: French vanilla, hazelnut, and salted caramel. And lastly, your milk options: whole milk, almond, and half and half. The place is very clean and organized. The staff were very helpful and quick with their service! The Renaissance Commons location for Brooklyn Water Bagel is solid. I was on my way back from the doctors and decided to stop in for an iced coffee and bagel sandwich. Their bagel sandwiches are always consistent regardless of the location you visit, as well as the iced coffee. The person who was taking my order happened to be a trainee (who was definitely either new to the job or a couple of days in), so she didn't understand what I was wanting to order. Fortunately, the person who was training her stepped in to assist putting in the order correctly. The Williamstown sandwich on a sesame bagel was delicious between the Smoked Salmon, Cream Cheese, Tomato & Red Onion. The sandwich hit the spot as I washed it down with the iced coffee I drank. They offer a variety of different options for iced coffee at their beverage station that extends across a whole wall. I would recommend going there mid-morning for your bagel fix as there were no lines, and was able to find a table in the socially distanced layout. read more

Parking is mostly unavailable in this lot. We were charged for butter, we were given mostly stale bagels and they would not provide 2 free bagels to compensate. Egg and cheese bagel was made with flavorless fake eggs and a burnt bagel, even after it was remade. Cost for egg & cheese bagel: $5.49. 13 bagels for $13.49. Small coffee was $2.59. Staff looked and behaved miserably. This establishment has gone way downhill and it used to be a lovely place. read more

One of my favorite breakfast places to come to as there are so many bagel options to choose from. My personal favorite is the everything bagel, this is perfectly seasoned. I am also a sweets lover so I am a fan of any cinnamon crunch or swirl bagel available. The muffins in the front case are delicious, I recommend the chocolate chip one. Also, the black and white cookies are worth trying as well. The cubsta coffee is interesting as the ice cubes are actually cubes of coffee so technically your coffee cannot get 'watered down'! Brooklyn Wayer Bagel has expanded considerably throughout Florida which is great news for residents of the Sunshine State, especially for those of us who grew up in the New York/New Jersey metropolitan area. Growing up in New Jersey, bagels were a staple. Whether for breakfast, lunch, dinner or even a snack, bagels were a regular go-to. I most often got a bagel for breakfast (though a pizza bagels is an amazing snack). When I moved to Florida in June of 2001, I quickly discovered that great bagels were not so easy to find. But now with Brooklyn Water Bagels here in Florida, good bagels are a bit easier to find. Brooklyn Water Bagels offers a good representation of a bagel. Maybe not as good as up in the New York/New Jersey area (which is the five boroughs of New York City, Long Island, New York and New Jersey), but good all the same. I have always liked their everything bagel with cream cheese and that would be my usual go-to. All in all, I woukd definitely recommend this particular Brooklyn Water Bagels location. read more

I woke up craving an everything bagel that was smothered with cream cheese and decided to give this place a try. I'd heard some pretty decent things about this place but didn't want to get my hopes up...I'm sure glad I decided to come after all! The staff was extremely friendly as I stared at the variety of bagels and changed my mind on which coffee to get! I went with my initial everything bagel choice and was blown away. It was fluffy and topped to perfection, and smeared with just the right amount of cream cheese. As far as the coffee? Delicious. Downright amazing. It's a self serve coffee bar and is every coffee drinkers dream. Hot coffee, cold coffee, flavor syrups, liquid sweetener, sugar packets galore, and even flavored liquid creamer. So many options to choose from! The best part? They have COFFEE ICE CUBES!!!!! Never have I been able to leave my coffee in the car only to find it is still delicious and strong when I return. My only critique would be to add some sweet bagels. They do have cinnamon raisin, but I would like to see a sweeter bagel for the days when you're craving chocolate chip or cinnamon. Food is hit or miss, but generally decent. Often the bacon has a bizarre dried out texture and strange flavor. Ultimately my complaint is with the staff, management seems to do the best they can and the woman who's always running around remaking coffee etc is on her game. However, some of the staff who take orders are straight up disrespectful, no way around it. No eye contact, no response when ordering, no basic customer service skills. I was there this weekend and ordered from a young girl with a name beginning with "D". She never even looked at me, asked anything at all, once I ordered she just said "okay" and pointed to the credit card reader. I'm not expecting anything over the top being a 15 year + restaurant and service industry veteran but this girl was just disrespectful. I know the clientele of an establishment like this can be tricky but staff needs to work on their basic customer service skills, and management needs to lead. I'll come back, but I'll just order online from now on. Edit: I see A LOT of reviews with almost the exact same complaint as I do. When will management and owner take note?
