I love trying new places. I'm not afraid of going where locals eat, sometimes those are great experiences. This place beat all the hole in the walls breakfast places around Jupiter. I came back and took a dozen bagels home to share with family members. They gave me an extra bagel probably courtesy when you buy 12. I was also surprised that they gave me their own zip bags for me to keep them fresh at home. The staff is lovely and so it's their goods. I couldn't get enough sandwiches, coffee and cool place. Today I ordered a Jersey Boy Sandwich. The bagel was good but I wasn't crazy on the microwave eggs - but whatever I ate the first half while reading and not paying much attention until I had trouble biting into 'Something' On further examination. I see a black plastic looking material - guess what that was the Taylor Ham 'Nuked' so much it crystallized I then examined the remaining half which was the same I spoke to the manager who told me "You ate the first half so there's nothing I can do about it and the ham does come out 'Crispy' With food prices through the roof I get it! Things are tough ! But it's the same way on the consumer side I just paid $17 for an inedible bagel orange juice and coffee I have been eating there since they opened. I found a dead mosquito in my iced coffees while I was making my drink so that was.. delightful. They were cleaning the machines at the time. They apologized. But it's like, eh, the damage was already done and now I lost my appetite and coffee cravings. Besides that, the bagels all taste plain and hard. Used to be really good years ago and it challenged a good NY bagel. Those days are gone. Now just another overpriced bagel store in Jupiter. Very average and overpriced . Asked for jelly packets for my egg sandwich - (after I spent $40 on takeout) and was told hey would need to charge me. Really??? Keep your jelly and keep your bagels . Went in for a breakfast sandwich twice. Wanted a plain bagel, egg whites, turkey, and cheese. Extremely common breakfast sandwich, especially in Brooklyn. I live on Long Island and worked in Brooklyn before. This bagel shop apparently never heard of that sandwich and tried to sell me a different sandwich once. Wasn't that great. This bagel store is in a stop mall. I was happy with the taste service at this location. Unfortunately my husband had requested a toasted flagel - however the flagel was not toasted as requested. We did not ask to have this corrected- but it was disappointing that it was incorrect. First of all, if you're looking for a good iced coffee, this is the place you need to try! I've been here multiple times and it never disappoints. The coffee ice cubes definitely make a difference! The bagels are very good! I recommend "The Jersey Boy" but they all are very good! The only reason I am giving a 4 star rating is due to the cinnamon roll bagel. They were hard even after being heated and I just wasn't very impressed. It was very enjoyable experience to watch bagels being made while eating my bagel. My dad and I came here near lunchtime, but got breakfast food and dined in. I had the Brooklyn which is a better and you can say an 'upgraded' Mcdonalds McGriddle. Personally, I thought it was pretty great. My dad on the other hand, he gave pretty clear instructions, the cream cheese on the side and toast the bagel on both sides (to get it crispy). When the waiter(?) odd word to use for this business but the person who gives you your food at your table. The bagel wasn't toasted in both sides and the cream cheese was already spread on the bagel. The waiter(?) was able to take it back and bring back a toasted bagel on both sides. Other than miscommunication, this business probably has the best bagels in the city, hell, the waiter for bringing back (which he didn't have to) the proper bagel that was ordered which gives it a 5/5 instead of a 4/5 stars. read more

Always trying to find a good bagel in Florida. This one is fairly good- I was pleasantly surprised. Nice size, soft and chewy - you can get it toasted or not. I wish I knew about the Asiago bagels - I would have tried that but the whole wheat everything bagels are really good! Lox was decent. No, not NYC lox but really good. I like that I can select my own coffee - hey its September and was happy about the pumpkin spice selection! I've had their always delicious bagels before, but for the first time tried a breakfast sandwich, an everything bagel, egg, cheese and bacon. If there is a "con" to it, they use real bacon but it is chopped and mixed into the egg. I prefer the local Bagel Boyz where they top it with strips of bacon, although the Brooklyn bagel sandwich is larger. We were also offered a sample of their Iced Coffee Cubsta; good strong coffee with coffee ice cubes. Always an easy mark for fresh bagels, we'll be regulars. read more

This place is good for bagels and coffee, however, I wouldn't suggest the egg as it's the fake/pre-made egg. The bagels taste just as great as they do in NYC and the iced coffee is really good with coffee ice cubes. I've been two days in a row, so it was good enough to go back, however, the bacon egg and cheese I had yesterday was replaced with an asiago bagel with butter, to avoid the egg-like substance. My order was not processed correctly. I ordered 1.5 pounds of plain cream cheese and received none. I also placed an order for six salt bagels but received six plain bagels instead. When I called the bagel shop they put me on hold for seven minutes. So, I hung up and called back. I explained to them how my order was incorrect and they knew the driver left without the cream cheese and they arbitrarily decided to give me six plain bagels because they did not have any salt bagels. I did not want plain bagels and I think they should have called me so I could decide what type of bagel I preferred. I inquired about how they were going to rectify the situation and just told me a matter of factly that I would have to notify Doordash. No mention of how they would satisfy the customer So, now I have to wait for 5 to 7 days before I receive my refund. This place is FILTHY! I was there for lunch around 1:00pm - milk was spilled by an employee refilling the machine - he and another employee walked past twice, neither cleaned up the floor or the counter. Counter tops were sticky and were not obviously wiped down since early morning. Secondly, I used the restroom - it looked like it had not been cleaned for months - there was "stuff" smeared on the floor that looked like it had been there for weeks and trash was everywhere..... I would not have eaten here had I gone to the restroom before ordering. This is a shame. This place used to be a great breakfast stop. I will not return. read more

Great spot. The employees are always super nice and welcoming. Place is clean and quick. The only thing I have to say is that if you are getting food from here, don't get it to go. I totally understand that some businesses have been affected by Covid. They definitely seem to be flying blindly. Placing an order through their app, you would think be easy and correct. On 2 separate occasions, we ordered egg sandwiches, both times to get home and the order was not correct. They also appear to be putting all the uber eats and grub hub orders ahead of their own app orders. Both times the order was scheduled to be ready at a certain time and one time was 20 minutes behind. I kept watching the workers bring out the Uber eats orders out of the back like a well oiled machine, but nothing from regular orders. The second time, after a half hour, we asked where the order was and we were told it was ready 30 minutes ago and they forgot to bring it down. Needless to say, 30 minutes cold egg sandwiches were gross. They appear to have stretched themselves too thin and are totally mismanaged. I'll stick to Maplewood Bagles or Bagel Bistro from now on. Sorry to say this but, unless they get their act together, we won't be back read more

They are really excited about their "Brooklyn water" and I'm not sure if Brooklyn is known for its bubbling brooks and mountain springs but whatever, seems like it works, cuz the bagels are awesome!! There are tons of choices here. I like their whole wheat everything bagel with lox (generous portion) and veggie cream cheese. The cream cheese is not heavy at all, so light and fluffy! ALSO they have this crazy coffee bar where you can concoct your own fancy coffee drink (also made with Brooklyn water of course). The ice coffee comes with "cubstas" which are ice cubes made from coffee instead of water so your drink never gets watery! Genius. This is the place for a great inexpensive breakfast in Jupiter! Slow and gross, that is all I have to say. It took them 15 minutes to make a simple sandwich when the place wasn't busy. I honestly think they forgot about my sandwich because everyone who came in after me and ordered food got their's before me. The women who were working the registers kept going to the back to eat food with their bare hands and drink drinks while they served customers, completely unsanitary in my opinion. Why do you need to eat and drink on the clock, you have breaks for a reason. I worked in the food service industry all through college, and we were never allowed to eat food or drink drinks in front of the customers, sure we might've done it behind, closed doors in the kitchen, or in a servers only area, but not in plain view of customers who are waiting for food, Gross and unsanitary. There was a woman walking around who I assume by her actions towards the employees was the manager, and she clearly had no problem with it as they were doing it in front of her. Yuck. read more

I came here around 11 am and got the Bushwick which is described as "fresh eggs, tomato salsa, avocado purée and jalapeño on an Asiago bagel". However, they didn't notify me until 5 mins after I ordered that they were out of Asiago bagels. No biggie, I got it on an onion bagel instead. I also ordered the cubsta coffee and was told they were out of the special iced coffee cubes. Okay, slightly annoyed, but used soda ice instead. The bagel itself was good.
