In june (2020) during covid, they answered quickly and came later that day to install my window units. Joe said ther while prices should be about 3 hours they ended up finishing in about an hour and a half. The install was so good and sealed so well thay only last week when the temperature dropped to single digits did the frigid weather start coming in too or home so I called them again and they sent someone again on the same day ro remove the units and put them in to storage for us. I called several AC companies and they were so rude to me. Not Brooklyn's Best though! Shaun took such good care of me. He is so easy to talk to and work with. I don't know much of anything when it comes to AC systems and he and the guy that came to work on it made it easy for me to understand. The man that repaired our ACs was very professional, patient, and worked efficiently. Our ACs were an absolute mess but they were able to repair and clean them all in one day.
