Marcia Johanson at Family Physical Therapy has been my physical therapist for the past couple of…read moreyears, and I continue to see her for different areas of my body. She is patient, caring, knowledgeable, and takes the time to educate and work with you. Her hands-on approach and massage techniques have made a huge difference, helping me walk with much less pain. My chronic pain is ongoing, but I'm doing a lot better thanks to her. The clinic is clean, well-maintained, and equipment is in great shape. I appreciate the private treatment rooms and the friendly front desk staff--they're easy to communicate with. Marcia is always on time and fully engaged during appointments. Occasionally, her assistants arrive late in the mornings, which can affect the last part of the session when they're supposed to take over for certain exercises while Marcia moves to the next patient. Even so, Marcia's knowledge, skill, and attentiveness make the care excellent. I'm giving five stars because of Marcia--she is the reason I continue coming here and the therapist I would always recommend. Her expertise, patience, and hands-on care make all the difference, and I truly trust her with my physical therapy needs.
