The inner bumper close to our front wheel was sagging a bit and even pulled out the front side proximity sensor that impacted our autopilot function. Patrick inspected the car and pointed out we hit some debris that pulled the inner bumper off. From the visual inspection, I agreed it was not a workmanship issue from the last repair from Brooks in 2024. I recently had Brooks Motor Cars of Dublin repair my Tesla Model 3 which had been in a minor collision. I couldn't have been happier! My service representative, Bernadette was competent, friendly and helpful. The body work was done very well, and as an added bonus, the car was thoroughly detailed, inside and out (of course, it rained a few days later ). Brooks Motor Cars is a certified Tesla body shop, and there were a lot of other Teslas in and around the shop, so I was confident they would know how to work on my car. Stopped by late this afternoon as a walk- in to see if I could get advice on a missing trim piece on my lower front bumper. I had a new replacement piece (just chrome-looking plastic) but the dealership told me that the entire front bumper would need to be removed in order to attach it.
